Go in for long HDMI cables plus HDMI splitter. 20m, 40m. The distance will determine which one to use. No matter how long the distance, you'll still get a long straight cable to connect. You can use a cable joiner (HDMI joiner).

Getting some particular Channels will depend more on the installers level of experience. Although a big dish will be a plus, but an experienced installer can get you some quality Channels of your choice. So get one.
My dstv decoder is connected to two TVs using RF Cable but only one is showing. It has happened before and I called a DSTV guy, he changed something in the DSTV settings and they both started showing. Can you please tell me what to do. Thanks

Good Evening Sir, I tried that of coaxial cable with my GOTV but it did not show on the second TV
You have to set the TV output channel number on the Gotv to match that on the TV.
I mean (AV Output) settings on the Gotv.
