I myself am not Muslim, but understand why people join Islam, it's a very clean way of living. No drugs / alcohol, no sex outside of marriage, and praying daily.
I myself am not Muslim but out of all the religions, Islam is the most structured. I myself am Buddhist, as I prefer to look for the truth within myself rather than books. Books just don't do it for me.
I spend many years reading the qur'an, I don't doubt what in the qur'an, but I dion't know if it's true either.
For some people I believe religion is best for them, for others such as myself, the dharma is better.

Mashallah. We believe Allah created us and that He knows what's best for us better than we ever could. This is a religion of submission but it invites us to think use our brains and our hearts. But we were also given signs of the day of judgement so we may be rightly guided and forgiven and not punished such as buildings being built by Arabs and them competing in whose building will be taller and this came true also Arabia going green you can google what it looks like now. So Buddha taught us the method for the revelation of God within ourselves. With a book you are relying on the revelation of another person, with Buddhism it is self revelation that comes from within you.
You personally experience God directly, instead of just believing like from a book. If I described the beach to you in a book, it's not the same as taking you to the beach, and jumping in in the water and swimming.
Buddha taught that believing in God and atheism are similar in that they both deal with beliefs. Buddhism however is different, Buddhism is built not upon believing in God, but experiencing the nature of God directly through meditation.
But this takes a lot of time to meditate to get these inner realizations / signs, and a lot of people don't have the desire nor discipline for it, so religion is better for those people.
Buddhism is not easy, it's not something I would recommend to most people, I would recommend Islam to more people than Buddhism.

It's not about which religion is better, it's about which one is true. And I think you should consider the existence of God first then use your rationality by reading the Quran and the bible and make a research seeking the truth with sincerity. Finally don't forget to ask God for guidance once you get convinced he is the creator. And no wonder after doing this Islam will be the religion for you.

I don't understand it. The arrogance these men speak with, the people who die in the thousands these days over it, and nobody can explain to me rational. God has created mankind for one perpuse which is to serve God, and that means to follow the commandments correctly and eventually there's a hereafter where everyone is gonna be judged based one their deeds in this life. So Islam is the religion of Adam Abraham Jesus and all the prophets of God because it simply means submission to God alone. So one can choose Islam to find a perpuse of why they exist, and to have a meaningful life. God is all knowing and if you're sincerely seeking the truth he will guide you.

But whats more pleasing to Allah SWT: women being encouraged to cover their beauty, or women who have been forced out of their clothing by the same people who cry oppression?
