You did a very detailed and long Restoration of this tractor but the most important thing was not done as it should be , the Engine Oil was still leaking and this is some thing which should be fixed first , because Engine Oil is the life of an Engine of every machine .
Nice job Guys. Keep in mind these guys ONLY did what the paying customer asked for, grind sand Paint, restore panels, fenders, Re assembly. No new tires were asked for or any mechanical work was asked for.
i don't know if this is really a restoration. I feel like you'd have to disassemble the whole thing, sand blast all the rusted parts, fix every piece, paint it individually and then put it all back together. i saw you painting over nuts and bolts! i mean this is ok if the tractor will just be used as decoration

As a retired safety officer I cringed at the use of the grinder, the welding without proper goggles . . . Well kinda everything . . . Then the dude starts spraying on top of rust with his mask under his chin. I kinda stopped then.

Do you know about the original paints used on these tractors? The original paint of the 1980 model mf135 is still on it, of course, it is not like the first day, but the paint peeling does not rot in 20 years like in cars, almost 40 years old paint says I am still here. What is the secret of quality painting, what kind of processes should be done, do the paints you use have a long lifespan or discoloration?

"Restoration" is a strong word. More like "fresh paint job." To restore something, you’d have to do the internals, seals, filters & fluids, etc., etc. ……

yes, felt the same. It's more like an optic transformation, rather than restoration. Have they also checked the motor, brakes, cludge etc?

Foreign gray must be different than US metallic gray on US made MF tractors. Also I think US made tractors with red wheels look much better.
