2-3 cups cooked chicken
3-4 pints chicken broth
1 can chili or black beans
1 can of corn optional
1 can diced tomatoes & chilis
salt & pepper to taste
1.5 Tbsp Paprika
1.5 Tbsp Chili powder
1.5 Tbsp Cumin
1.5 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion powder
fresh cilantro to taste
1/4 - 1/2 block cream cheese
All seasonings to taste!
I am super heavy-handed on my spices
Combine all ingredients and serve over tortilla chips. Top with your favorite garnishes.
