Just tried this, but I doubled the ingredients and made two. Also I used pure pumpkin in the can because I had no fresh pumpkin. I also used luke warm milk instead of water… I also used all purpose flour. I did not use powdered milk… over all, tasty… remind me of Jamaican corn bread 🍞

What is the temperature of oven and how long do you bake. I used to bake all my bread ,never found a yeast pumpkin recipe . I had a tomato yeast bread similar to this one. It was moist and a pretty rosy red. The tomatoes mostly made bread moist as it didnt really taste like a tomato.

Did you replace the milk powder, or you just left it out completely? I don't want to have to use it either
