- This is a simple recipe for a delicious main dish! Today I made an absolutely delicious Oven Baked Crispy Breaded Cornish Hen for Sunday Dinner! I made up the recipe as I went along but the end results were so so good! We had plenty of leftovers that I plan on using for some yummy chicken salad. Cooking it this way cuts down on all the oil and extra calories that frying brings and its just as yummy! Try this wonderfully delicious recipe!
Crispy Bake & Breaded Whole Cornish Hens
2 Thawed and Cleaned Cornish Hens 1/4 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs 4 Tbsp Soft Butter 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
