Interest rates were low. :) Liberty going for high 300s ti mid 400s with their smaller builds and starter homes. And military BAH is not keeping up.

There are schetchy parts of Convers but the community this home is built in is in a better part of Convers. It's just off Hwy 1604 near Randolph AFB. Prices have gone up since I did the video in Knox Ridge.

Depends on the size of the home. A 1400 sf home starts at around $225k and a 2720 sf home starts around $275K
