Someone of you askig me about the engine. It was taken from "Trabant" (car). It is 2T with around 50HP (?). You can find a lot of videos and details. I'm not the owner of that moto hang glider.

Up to 10.000ft AGL, equal 3km above the ground which is official limit for General Aviation in takeoff place.
Technicaly the limit is higher.

It looks like it is the engine from the original Trabant. The car used to be manufactured in the so called Democratic Republic of Germany. Later the car was still manufactured but with a VW engine.
