This might be one of, ( if not the best ) informative mountain bike videos I’ve seen. Excellent editing , great diverse soundtrack. Perfect voiceover great riding! And it’s in the southeast!!! Hell yeah! Thank you for creating this!
My youngest son (27) is on a week-long work trip to WV. They were supposed to go fishing today on their day off, but instead I got a photo of his boss and him all geared up ready to ride Snowshoe! With all of us being from CO, I wanted to get an idea what the park was like and found this video. I agree with others - you did an outstanding job putting this video together. These trails look legit! Janky, chunky, and with fun features sprinkled in. Now I'm totally jealous!
Great narration & camera angles. I know we're ALL sitting on massive amounts of POV footage, but it's really the 3rd-person reel that makes a video enjoyable. Great work!
Great video, the letter trails are above my level, but my sons are starting to explore them. We were there closing weekend and ran into you at the lift, I was the old guy with my son from FL. It was a fun wet cold weekend.
Thanks a ton for providing a better look into these. We make a Snowshoe trip every year, and too often miss these trails, but I've added several to my list for this year.
Bad ass , it’s been about 7 years since I’ve been to SnowShoe , I’m 59 years young & I use to go every summer , with a group of guys for a 4-5 day fun ride fest , I miss it , but I’m gonna get back up next year with or with out the group…. Thanks for the great video , brings back killer memories!!
I am the same age and I have never been to a bike park. Timing has been everything. That and I am not sure my skill level is anywhere close to these trails. I won't know until I try... Being as I am just outside of Beckley WV it is now a hop skip and jump away for me to go.
My buddies and I routinely hit snowshoe about 25 to 30 years ago (no FS, just front) lot of endos. Nice video, these trails look great. You’ve got mad skills.
Thanks for the preview, guys. Curious, were the full-sus your choice for the letters, or just what you bought with you? Looks like a big travel trail bike could be a more tactile experience. Opinion?
You and Alison are such a bad influence! Now I need to get a season pass and a DH bike. 🤦🏽♂️ LOL As always thanks for the informative and entertaining vids. I know they helped me fall in love with Snowshoe.
Incredible work! super impressed with you and Alison's riding! What would you say is the minimum travel that would get me out alive? I'm on a Tallboy 4 and it seems I may need a bit more for here. I see you had your HT...
Thank you, Matt! You could certainly ride your Tallboy there. It would be a total blast on the green and blue trails. You could ride the harder trails on the Tallboy, but it's definitely pushing the bike to it's limits and will offer a lot less forgiveness if you get in a sticky spot. The Hightower feels very comfortable all around out there though.
I've ridden, and by that I mean crashed my way down most of rhe letters. Recovering from shoulder surgery so Tomorrow I probably won't stray to far from M N O on the letters

Thank you, Tony! That means a lot to hear. ✨
This was hands down one of the best videos I've seen showcasing the old school letter trails at Snowshoe. Fantastic filming, narrating, and edit!
That means a lot, nosidda9!

Great content Rich. Can’t wait to get back to WV.
Nice one. Well put together, your style is really progressing with the buttery smooth narration and solid video quality. Always a pleasure to watch!
Thank you, BGXC!

Thanks, sweetschoolbus. Cheers!
Oh, I'd hit the D. Amazing work on this video. Going there for the first time next month.
Dude hell yes, the voice over and music on the intro are FIRE! Loved the video.
Thanks, Ryan! Cheers my dude.
The letter trails are some of the best on the basin side sweet video keep riding it all about the adventure.
Thanks! Will do!

Ah, it's good to put a face to the name! Great meeting you guys up there.

Glad to help!

This episode of Semi Sendy brought to you by the letter A…. and B….. and…… well quite a few more too. 😂

Fantastic video, man! You keep one upping yourself everytime you post something. Thanks for taking us on that adventure!
I appreciate that! I really enjoyed finally doing one on these trails.
Wow looks amazing. I bet it’s wild when it’s wet. 🤩
It can be a wild time. Especially those overnight light rains that just make everything turn to glass 😅
Watched this video while at Snowshoe this past weekend. Me and my brother did the teeter line, trail J was so fun. Can’t wait to go back soon.
where is it at
Excellent video. 13 min of well paced action and voice over.
Thank you, I’m really glad you enjoyed this one! 🤘
You put a look of work in to this video!
Great video and nice capture of the lettered trails.
Thanks, John!
Great video!!! I love the tech on the letter trails. This summer can't come soon enough I need this mountain open!!!!
You and me both!

That's awesome. Ever ride with Mark Poore up there?
@@SemiSendy does not ring a bell. I rode with a group of guys out of Virginia DC area. We would camp at Whittaker’s camp ground near snowshoe.
That teeter incident would've scared the ish out of me 😂
Wow, great video! That makes me want to hit Snowshoe SO BAD!
You should!
still wanting to hit all the letter trails at snowshoe. awesome video! 👍🤙🤘✊
Gotta catch them all! 🤘😊
Snow Shoe looks awesome!! Well done guys. 👍🏼 Yeah that teeter would not be for me. UGH. Supreme likes the GNAR!
You'll have to come sample the goods there one day!
@@SemiSendy For sure!!
I like this.
Excellent video, what bike are you riding ? which bike or components would you recommend for this type of riding ?
Good vid Rich 🤘🤘🔥
Thanks for helping out with this one!
You coming down to the rock this winter?
@@SemiSendy anytime! Most likely get to the rack this winter
Thanks for the preview, guys. Curious, were the full-sus your choice for the letters, or just what you bought with you? Looks like a big travel trail bike could be a more tactile experience. Opinion?
I think you would need a full sus for this much tech if you want to carry any speed.
I see your stickers on western all the time
Next season can't get here soon enough!!
Early withdrawals have already begun. Thank goodness Windrock is priming back up!
You and Alison are such a bad influence! Now I need to get a season pass and a DH bike. 🤦🏽♂️ LOL
As always thanks for the informative and entertaining vids. I know they helped me fall in love with Snowshoe.
That's freaking awesome, and I apologize none! Get the pass, get the bike.... YOLO.... haha.
Do you remember the bridge from the brochure that had the giant roller at the end that seemed like you were 15' off the ground
Jaker the MTBer!!!!!!!!
The one and only!

Rode my Tallboy V4 there this past weekend. It did great, took it down Green/Blue and Single Black diamond trails. Can’t wait to go back soon.
@@mxbigd17 Thanks for the reply. That bike never fails to impress me. Can't find much it can't handle...
Looks like a dual crown. Did you rent a bike from the park or is that yours?
It's my DH bike. Tons of fun!
Tanner shredding the rental
Right!? 😂
I was hoping he would show up towards the end of the season to throw some backflips for us. My dude is on fire 🔥
I need to pop my Showshoe cherry...
Careful, there is no turning back. 🤘🤓
Going to have to just send it
Awesome inventory!!
Were you there last weekend ?
We were! Did you make it up as well?
@@SemiSendy
Got up there Saturday, but the weather was not so nice. Rode all day Sunday! Sucks that it’s 6 months till opening day!
Does the Hightower get overwhelmed with these trails ?
Not at all. Some trails it's a bit faster, some a bit slower, but always good to go.
Talk about lack of imagination in naming trails. They look fun though!
Thank goodness the trails speak for themselves, because the names don’t have much to say 😂
The legacy of the trails makes up for it for sure.

Wellll d was the first letter trail I did and then I did j it did not go the most smoothly
Hopefully it didn’t go too badly! Just ride. Oath of those trails the other day. Good to be back at Snowshoe.
@@SemiSendy yea I is very run out it’s mega rocky
