Laughed really hard at The Diner reaction. It's definitely a fav! Your realization of how creepy the lyrics were and stating such! 🤣 The analysis of the track sounding psychotic and circus-like...SPOT ON! The dinner is giving a psychotic Gorillaz vibe. Oh I live the James Blake reference I saw him last year and did not even catch the similarity at first but you are so right. Blue is an amazing way to end the album. The middle part of blue is actually another unrelease track called born blue. It was supposed to be on happier than ever but they couldnt figure it out. Yes! It's so impressive...especially for how young they were!
I loved this video. Always shared music experiences with one of my kids. She taught me new things and new bands and vice versa. We used to play a music game where you play just a tiny bit of a song and the other had to guess the artist and title for extra points. She always crushed me.
