Last year, I got depressed. I'd sleep in the morning and I'd wake up by evening. I'd eat once and would spend my time laying in bed and crying until I fall asleep. I've lost direction in life. I totally relate with her sentiments, "I wish my life would've came with instructions," 'cause I wished that too. I also lost people in my life, last year. Things came in my way one after another. It brought me down to my knees and spent my time in the darkest of times. I'm thankful that you created this masterpiece, Avalanche. This song is the embodiment of what I've been through last year. It's tragic, beautiful but I thrived.

One of the best songs on the album and it's a tough choice as they're all great, I feel like this is the album she's been wanting to make forever but her old label refused to put it out. So glad she's free now to put out material she's wanted too. Like the late Robin Williams once said: Suicide is a permanent solution to temporary problem"./ I know it sounds simplistic, but it's true. I BEG those feeling suicidal to get help. One of the best songs on the album and it's a tough choice as they're all great, I feel like this is the album she's been wanting to make forever but her old label refused to put it out. So glad she's free now to put out material she's wanted too.

This song IS IMPORTANT. I'm flawed. I used to work for a suicide charity and have lost 4 diamonds to suicide. I know is "cold comfort" but those feeling like it's all too much: You matter. You are loved. My hand is up. I'm on your side. Your feelings are SO valid.. Like the late Robin Williams once said: Suicide is a permanent solution to temporary problem"./ I know it sounds simplistic, but it's true. I BEG those feeling suicidal to get help. You would leave a huge hole in people's lives. Trust me when I say that. I lost 4 special, important and loved people. Giving you a virtual hug. You MATTER! You are loved.

It’s both interesting and depressing how much this sums up my day to day feelings. Someone who’s never met me can’t accurately describe what is going on in my head when I can’t. I’m trying to run from the avalanche but every day it’s gaining on me, but songs like this help me express it and hopefully help
