MyKuali instant noodles from Penang has a white curry variant that was once voted best ramen in the world. It’s based on this noodle. White base broth until you add in the spicy sauce. Can try n do a review? You can compare that to the fresh version and let us know if it’s worthy of the best instant noodle title. Have fun!
Chicken should always be eaten with rice as a set. The rice is important to balance the saltiness of the sauce, and also to display the skill of the chef in making the rice fluffy and distinct taste coated with Chicken oil/butter. Its really a pity that you are not getting the correct representation of the Cantonese style Chicken rice by eating only the chicken. Also, although it is marketed as White Curry Mee, no local would put so little chili oil into the Curry Mee. No wonder your hubby didn't seem impressed with the meal.
White curry is just a commercial gimmick. To make curries more manageable, they separate white (made of coconut milk) from the curry paste. It is not unusual; it is very common to sell curry noodles at hawker stalls.
Thank you so much. I want white curry Mee also
@@Pistolhead you will be satisfied. Thank you so much.❤️👍☺️

Haha Yes very common dish in Malaysia :) What I like here they use chili oil to make spicy flavor! Very tasty 😋
@@vibnwis I got headache that they put so little chilli oil. It's too little to bring out the best flavor from the curry Mee at Hot Bowl.
