There's definitely improvement... but may also help we can see it better this time around. Last year in Connect the world the camera work wasnt that great. Many people said it was horrible but... okay they were right, but it was tiring hearing it all the time... and yet to their credit? Cover heard about it and for the people that had streaming tickets they released a way better cut of the concert. All that to say one of the performances that suffered the most due to the bad camera was Bae's... so they DEFINITELY MAKE SURE to show her choreo almost with no dynamic camera so we didnt lose any detail xD
She's the best dancer in HoloEN and arguably the top 3 in all of Hololive. She could get some solid points if SHE were in the Olympics representing her country.
Can we take a moment to appreciate how much better Ame's singing has gotten over these last 4 years? Also Mogu Mogu is a prefect song for her as her voice has some similar qualities to Okayu and it's not a tough song on vocal range.
If anyone's wondering what they were thinking giving Shiori a live mic; they were thinking "I bet something really funny will happen if we give Shiori a live mic."
Mococo bringing the hype, Bae absolutely nailing those dance moves (seriously, that was some pro level dance), Ame being cute and showing how her singing really improved over the years. Thank you for the free preview, the show was super hype! And a huge shoutout to the crowd! Awesome energy!
Bae hyped this up as her most difficult choreo she's ever had to learn and my god she really delievered, probably the most intensive and impressive dance choreo from start to end ever done on the Hololive stage also we should definitely give Shiori a live mic, a couple MC sessions for every future concert
Well broke gang, this was it. As short as it lasted, this was a really fun ride that I'm glad to have partaken in. So incredible seeing Advent finally getting to go onstage in a real concert and become the true idols they are. Got real emotional seeing them sing and perform Rebellion together, and I loved the fun little bit with Shiori and Nerissa at the very end. I can't see the rest of the concert, but I just know they'll do fantastic! Also, pour one out for all of the saplings, kronies, and hoomans out there in the broke gang.
I went to the Hololive English 2nd Concert in general. I have enjoyed it. Their singing was amazing, they danced beautifully and awesome. And the best part about it is that I got to see them in person on stage. It was the best day of my life and I will never forget the happiest time I had in my life. I love Hololive English so very much.
It has to be like that sadly or else they wouldn't be able to hear the music lol. But I agree, the crowd adds a lot to the experience. Mococo was the perfect hype man for Rebellion, the whole venue was rocking.
Rebellion was made for concerts for real. Holy hell it's so hype with the crowd chants and Mococo hyping them up. So proud of Advent. Rest of the concert was brilliant too.
46:03 I would imagine it takes a lot to make a group of New Yorkers cheer for a rat. Her performance was very good, glad I was able to see that much at least. May need to invest in the VOD after payday this week. ^_^
I will have to watch the rest after work, but getting to see my kamioshi Nerissa in the opening act and doing an MC section was so wonderful, I cannot wait to watch her solo performance later. OPE OPE JAILBIRDS!
I don't know what song Bae was dancing to, but you could power the whole theater by the amount of energy she was putting out! The tracking was excellent and the camera work was FINALLY perfect to show off her talent. Good job Bae!

First and second concert and both days were amazing. Didn’t have a penlight the first night so I went and bought one for day 2 and man it made the experience so much better
Nerissa and Shiori have such natural chemistry together it's unbelievable! They are a perfect pairing for the MC portion - always love our goofball Shiori with those ad libs hah

Having gone in person on both days and now come back to watch the VOD, I can 100% say it was totally worth it! The whole thing was hype af and I sweated a lot lol! When multiple talents perform, with streaming you're often locked to a single person with the camera spinning, but being there live you can see everyone's movement clearly! For example Mumei's dance and movement when she sang A New Start was so damn cuuuuuuuttttttteeeee~~~ I also saw myself appearing two times in this preview, so very much satisified hahaha

There's definitely improvement... but may also help we can see it better this time around. Last year in Connect the world the camera work wasnt that great. Many people said it was horrible but... okay they were right, but it was tiring hearing it all the time... and yet to their credit? Cover heard about it and for the people that had streaming tickets they released a way better cut of the concert.
All that to say one of the performances that suffered the most due to the bad camera was Bae's... so they DEFINITELY MAKE SURE to show her choreo almost with no dynamic camera so we didnt lose any detail xD
I felt it was already a noticeable improvement at the 23-24 NY countdown then Fes5 with choreo, they just keep improving at each major event.
It's been so great watching them all grow over these years. Seeing them all get to perform in such a regal looking venue is just crazy.
I flew 14 hours from Korea to come here to support Bae. The trip was worth it😭

Mococo bringing the hype, Bae absolutely nailing those dance moves (seriously, that was some pro level dance), Ame being cute and showing how her singing really improved over the years. Thank you for the free preview, the show was super hype! And a huge shoutout to the crowd! Awesome energy!
Bae hyped this up as her most difficult choreo she's ever had to learn and my god she really delievered, probably the most intensive and impressive dance choreo from start to end ever done on the Hololive stage

So incredible seeing Advent finally getting to go onstage in a real concert and become the true idols they are. Got real emotional seeing them sing and perform Rebellion together, and I loved the fun little bit with Shiori and Nerissa at the very end. I can't see the rest of the concert, but I just know they'll do fantastic!

I went to the Hololive English 2nd Concert in general. I have enjoyed it. Their singing was amazing, they danced beautifully and awesome. And the best part about it is that I got to see them in person on stage. It was the best day of my life and I will never forget the happiest time I had in my life. I love Hololive English so very much.

Having gone in person on both days and now come back to watch the VOD, I can 100% say it was totally worth it! The whole thing was hype af and I sweated a lot lol!
When multiple talents perform, with streaming you're often locked to a single person with the camera spinning, but being there live you can see everyone's movement clearly! For example Mumei's dance and movement when she sang A New Start was so damn cuuuuuuuttttttteeeee~~~
I also saw myself appearing two times in this preview, so very much satisified hahaha
