With the changes to Contracts(added exp, and added rewards with less contracts per reset), you can do level 50 contracts at level 49 to get to 50 quicker.
1 Always harvest nodes for XP and materials during leveling. 2 Use bonfire icons on the map to regenerate HP and Mana when grinding. 3 Join a guild as soon as possible for group play benefits and rewards. 4 Pay attention to your codex for quest rewards and partial completion bonuses. 5 Be mindful of your in-game currency (salant) and avoid unnecessary deaths. 6 Level up your block ability, especially important for tanks. 7 Watch for purple swirls as they indicate the need to block special attacks. 8 Click on an area's icon on the map to check which mobs are present and their potential drops. 9 Monitor the weather on the main map as it may affect quest availability. 10 Save high-level contracts for when you reach level 50 for better rewards. Bonus 1 Maximize gear upgrades before transferring to higher rarities to save resources. Bonus 2 Use morphing into mobs to avoid enemy detection, useful for both PvE and PvP. Bonus 3 Purchase contract coins and mana regen potions daily from the guild shop.

You press J and look at your codex on which other ones you can do, and exploration quests. We were able to do it BEFORE they made it easier/faster to level. Trust me, you won't have any issues getting to 50. Contracts also gave no EXP during our leveling time to 50, it was only a week after we hit 50 that they added it to contracts. You don't need them to hit 50.

There's some confusion regarding Contracts. I guess there are some kind of Contarcts related to getting better rewards off Dungeons, and Daily Contracts you can trade for coins. That's the reason there 2 kind fo advices, one to do them and another one to save them. That's all I can guess being new to the game. It's confusing.
May i ask something about craft. For example what max lev pink item have to be so i can transfer level to it from lev 9 blue item? Or it have to be lev 0 to use transfer option?

You have to kill mobs around the floating Totem and he'll eventually spawn

+0 Epic/Pink/Purple item, yeah. It's always the original + minus 3. So +6 green to +0 blue is +3. +9 Blue to Epic/Pink is +6.

Yes, we had a guildmate start from scratch, and with the new update, he got to 50 in 17 hours as a Healer.
