    The Tin Cup Route is 17 miles. You need both ORV stickers to ride there. Where you see grass in the middle of the trail, that is forest roads, and not the Tin Cup Route. There are red markers along the route to help you find the route. At 9:44 in the video you are off the route, climbing a illegal hill climb, you will get a ticket if the DNR catches you there. At 7:30 you are in the food plot, not considered a trail, route, or forest road, also a ticket. Anyway, have fun.

    Tin cup is good for a half day few more trails north and south can make this area a whole day deal. The bar in Luther with the peanut butter BBQ burger is great.

    It is apparent to me that you may be seeing a head on with the speed you're going. I sometimes ride my motorcycle on the route.

      We might!! But we went about 25 mph or less in the video and slowed down even more in the turns 😂 stay safe out there!

      Two offroad vehicles coming from opposite directions both running 25mph is like one vehicle hitting a tree at 50mph.

    You gotta like alot of sand to ride the trails in Lower Peninsula of Michigan!

    • @FusionOffroad
      @FusionOffroad  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      There is sand spots or just go to Silver Lake Sand dunes

    • @captseamus
      @captseamus 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The whole Northern Half of Michigan is sand under the dead leaves... I live there. Backhoe dug a hole 15ft deep nothing but pure beach sand north of Roscommon, Michigan

    Thanks for the video! Going there this weekend. Where are some of the cool parts that are off the trail located??

    • @FusionOffroad
      @FusionOffroad  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Its a flat trail and a big loop, just watch the turns for other people flying around corners. Just had a friend get hit up there

      I have bright whips on mine, it helps them see you on the trails or from getting rear ended on the trails

    Seen a black bear on the trail last year.

    • @FusionOffroad

      I wish I would of seen one, that’s the great thing about riding

    After riding at all the parks, is this boring to you? Is it worth a 6 hr round trip drive? I've been hitting the parks all summer and on the fence about whether or not MI trails would be worth a trip up?

    • @FusionOffroad
      @FusionOffroad  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello Bob, it would depend on what you like the most. If your looking for trails I would recommend the St Helens because they have trails for days, Sand Pit, rock park, great views and places to stop and eat.
      If your going to ride the trails I would do the fall rides to check out the changing of the colors.
      If you wanted a park Silver lake Dunes is always fun because you can curse around and stop on lake Michigan plus you can see a lot of great machines.
      Two more parks and I will have been to all of Michigan parks this year and I will be down to the Badland's next month to check them out

      @@FusionOffroad cool thanks for the info! Yeah badlands is one of my favorites been there 3 times this summer already. Thinking about Redbird or Haspin Acres in Indiana too. Bundy was fun also.

    Would you say it’s a good beginner riding trail for atv?

    • @FusionOffroad
      @FusionOffroad  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s a great beginner ride, nothing hard at all on the trail! If you are riding someone get some hand helds, we did not have phone reception so I bought a pair

    The trails are nice but if you want a ticket Baldwin lake county is the place you want to go!!!! You are their only source of income. all four wheels on the road when riding if not that gets you a $298 ticket. 29 mph… gets you a $250 ticket.. don’t go. Ask the locals.. they will tell you the same!!

    • @FusionOffroad
      @FusionOffroad  ปีที่แล้ว

      Ouch, where do you like to ride most of the time?

    • @captseamus
      @captseamus 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you're a Michigan Resident you can get your SXS state licensed for legal highway use. MICHIGAN LAW "TR54". When legal your new speed limit is the posted signs. Interstate Highways are still illegal for licensed SXS.

    • @captseamus
      @captseamus 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Follow the Michigan DNR Laws and you won't get a ticket. I been stopped four times in the last three years. Mostly - Spark Arrestor; DOT tires; Legal paperwork... The cops check me and I'm free to go. Don't ride dirty.
      If you have a headlight turn it on!

    FYI … stay on the trails. Not trying to be a dick … just saying. Videos make great evidence.

      Hello, good advice! That's why we use Ride Command to made sure that we stayed on the trails. The one that ended on us was cut off by trees but not closed. Have a great ride!
