    Hi Lior. Thanks for sharing a truth that should be shared in advance by any consultant before starting a CRM project implementation. Nevertheless, as you say, it is not. They just try to "force" the typical sales process model on our businesses without even bother whether it is the right fit.
    I took me a long time, after researching a lot about the sales process (the theory), defining our own, and then apply the theory to our business concrete case, when is the right time a lead has to be converted to an opportunity.

      Thank you. I created this video because I saw endless businesses that had a bad conversion logic and it was based on a “smart” consultant that told them what is the “right” way to convert.
