Vi flowerrr Your fore fathers were hebrew. Columbus recorded it in his diaries. He found this side of the earth by using the book of esdras in the bible, following the same route your fore fathers took to get to this side of the earth.
Part of the curses for breaking the commandments was the judgment of your people. Do your research and come out of idolatry, you are God's chosen people. Native Americans are lost Isrealites from the tribe of Gad & Reuben

So many other races don't understand the meaning of being a Native American. We Native Americans have many cultural beliefs and we have our own traditions/teachings that have been passed down from our ancestors. To us these pieces of clothing that big companies use are sacred to us, just have more respect of our beliefs. It's not that were saying all the companies are intending to be disrespectful. Me personally don't have a problem but i know my grandma would be very disrespected by it. You people who are saying since were "complaining" about a piece of clothing not to wear "American" clothes is very annoying because you really have to get our cultural side and than you will understand. We don't just get mad to get mad about it, we just have very strong Native beliefs an you wouldn't know if you weren't Native American. Just understand that some of us Native Americans don't like when a different race wears our traditional piece attire because we feel disrespected, just like how other races have their traditional ways that we respect, we have ours.

You think we have no culture because we spread our culture across the globe and you're bitter about it. Ever heard of a suit and tie? That's European culture. Fencing, ballet, wrestling are some of the more obvious cultural activities of white people, if you actually want to see real white culture, take a trip to Rome and stare in awe at the architecture, nothing compares to it and it's thousands of years old.
Meanwhile in Africa you have huts made of cow shit and child slaves. Fucking incredible.

She's not letting her culture define her life. It's just that when your culture has been historically, or presently threatened and/or attacked, your respect for your culture grows tenfold. You learn to cherish your culture when it's being targeted. For example, as a result of The Troubles, most people in Northern Ireland are highly divided based on their identity as the two sides of the war were attacked for decades, and as a result, both sides grew stronger love for their own culture.

Natives especially the southwest don't even look Asian and they are darker or "red" then Asians. The natives are natives and have always been it's ridiculous to think that a group of people walked in conditions that were considered inhabitable by scientists and archeologists saying themselves and during the ice age half of America wasn't even frozen but Europe was surprisingly so maybe they have more secrets hidden but focus more on a myth. There are even depictions or petroglyphs in Mexico of what people call dinosaurs on stone.

    • @cesaliyahredbird2931

Glenda Guerra it's only disrespectful if a non-Native who is ignorant on not knowing the meaning behind these sacred items but I agree culture is to be shared and expressed by those who are interested. But you must also look at it from a perspective from a Native American where our culture and traditions are very important to us. And when someone disrespectfully appropriates our culture then it's offensive.

    • @Nenebee1024

I dont think its appropriate to wear certain sacred items even if youre native depending on what the item is sacred to and who is allowed to wear it(ive seen natives disrespect sacred items plenty in my life). I dont see a problem with non natives wearing beadwork or moccasins but I think its better to source them from native people, like buying mocs from a native owned tradepost instead of minnetonkas, etc.

Don't fucking feel disrespected, if someone doesn't understand, explain, because you haven't even given them chance to know. Well then get educated on Native American culture and traditions. It's just offensive when people who are non-Native try to disrespectfully appropriate our culture. If you're educated or have some knowledge then you'd understand why it's disrespectful to wear headdresses, etc. These are sacred items and it's very hurtful to me when I see non-Natives disrespectfully wear it to mock us and be blatantly racist.

If you wear anything else outside of "your" culture, like jeans per say, you yourself will be culturally appropriating someone else's culture. Actually this video in of itself is cultural appropriation because Native Americans didn't invent the video camera, so therefore this video is culturally appropriated, therefore it offends me.

Oh, I see you are wearing lipstick. Are you also an Ancient Sumerian of Egyptian using it as a display of your social status? [en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lipstick] Our problem is with people ripping off our ancient Egyptian design and disgracing things sacred to the Ancient Egyptians. Your face in of itself is not cultural appropriation. We have no problem with people buying legit ancient lipstick and moccasins [blogs.scientificamerican.com/observations/back-in-style-an-ancient-shoe-from-3500-b-c-looks-like-moccasins-worn-in-the-1950s/] for example.
