This is an old likeness tutorial I made back in 2015, I thought it would be cool to share it on my youtube channel as well. It has been modified to make it more interesting to watch.
What you can expect after watching this video?
1-Getting more familiar with sculpting likeness techniques.
2-How to get good basic and secondary shapes before adding details.
3-Adding tertiary details like skin pores
4-Creating hair using fibermesh

Thanks for the tutorial! Did you try out blender for this kind of sculpting. I ask my self if this can fit to your needs and specially if you then can do the visualisation with eevee?
What alphas are you using to get skin pores?? I don't see them in Zbrush

These are awesome. Can you show us how you do short hair for people of African descent for games? I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do hair cards for hair cuts like a fade. Or would I be better off just using a texture for very short hair?
There are presets for Fibremesh that could be helpful...

@Hossein Diba, what criteria do you use when choosing reference images
I try to find images without facial expressions. That's the most important part of gathering references when you want to do likeness sculpts in neutral pose.

When sculpting a likeness with only photo's available what is the most important thing to pay attention to?
I would love to sculpt celebrities like you do, they are so similar! sadly I'm very limited right now, and I only have a mouse and a base extracted from daz 3d. The only thing I can do is deform things like the nose, eyes, etc to make it look like that person using a background reference photo, but, even with the background image, the result is horrendous and in the end I end up deforming the model's anatomy completely and it ends up looking like some kind of weird deformed alien. I would love to know how is it that without having to have a background reference (without having to trace the facial features from a background image) you can sculpt the features by looking at images from the windows photo viewer, ¿what do you see?, how do you translate all that visual information and apply it to your model? I feel like all I do is look without paying attention to the image and just try to copy it 😢 I feel like you don't just look at the image, there is a process behind that (I hope you understood me🙏, I am using a translator 😬).
