On the Culinary class war, the tofu theme showed what kind of chef he truly is, the chef with imagination and crossing the boundaries, full intent and story in each food…To me, he was the winner.
I just watched Chef Edward Lee on Culinary Class Wars on Netflix. Seeing Chef Lee win Iron Chef and cook for the US-South Korea state dinner in Washington, DC was a proud moment for me and Korean Americans I know. One day I will visit Kentucky to dine at 610 Magnolia.
There are many chefs on TV. But you are the only chef who is so elegant, humble and considerate. I've never seen anyone like you. I love your passion for cooking and the way you speak and act in consideration of others. God bless you.
Every dish Edward Lee creates tells a unique story that no one else can create. It touches my heart and I’m always amazed by his creativity. Edward Lee, you’re the best chef!!
I was rooting him in Culinary class war, he brought korean cuisine in high level and I admire his cooking skill, even though he didn't win the competition, but personally I think he was the winner without title
I do watch korean cooking shows but Chef edward is the only chef that made me search him in youtube and IG just to watch some of his interview and guesting in shows. 😊
NYU was not a top school when he attended. The average SAT score for incoming freshmen at NYU was about 950. It was actually no better than Queens College in NYC.
@@taekim2378 yeah right? If he had graduated from Harvard, Koreans would be all over him more than you could ever imagine. Even if their degree had nothing to do with cooking, graduating from a famous university is somehow the most important thing for them. Weird, isn't it?
You guys obviously forgot to mention his most recent appearance on Culinary Class Wars. This is way too geared for the American public that it’s not international enough of a perspective.

If Edward Lee won this competition, it would be more famous and successful show. The MAN showed ALOT and that alone deserves A HUGE RESPECT.

He was experimenting in korean dishes and not showing his specialty and still got to the top.
