Sometimes if candidate is good and they don’t have other options, company waits till you can join. As I said in the video, it’s better than not getting any interview calls. At least you get some practice and confidence.

If we fake about notice period. How to deal with that?
After clearing the interview, tell them to wait for few more days for any personal reason. Most of the cases it will be considered.

You are still not very late. Use your 1.5 years of experience and resume in IT even if package is less
