Table Mountain Scout Hut. I haven’t seen that for at least 45 years. Brings back good memories. Thanks guys.
That’s amazing! I’m glad you enjoyed it🙌🏼🏔️🏕️
You guys should join The Cape Peninsula Speleological Society if you enjoy caving.
There are some epic caves on the back Table that are kept secret from the public due to them being extremely dangerous and require skilled mountaineering knowledge. Most are pits into the deep and you can get easily lost in the multitude of tunnels.
The biggest is called Giants Cave.
I was told that the bat population in those caves is fragile so good to tread lightly
no halmets, safety is not their thing
@@9m9ify I've been caving for almost 40yrs, no helmet, no harnesses, no ropes, no issues. Sometimes 'safety gear' puts you in a false sense of security. You tend to take less risks and play safe when you don't have this false sense of protection, IMO.
Thank you for your response to this comment, as I am still young (Sheth here the youngest in the video) any comments on the video that are negative in that regard, it is hard for me to respond due to people not having a great understanding.
We locals from the area knows about it but we don't play there coz people muged from the gangster in the mountain
A few years ago my husband and I found the area you were in. Didn't go down in the caves. Too scared and had our dogs with us. Lovely video you guys did.
Being scared for three days was definitely worth it! Loooove the video and can’t wait for the next one!
This was absolutely incredible. Never knew that there were caves on the mountain. Oh my there there are so many 😮. Definitely going to follow you guys ❤
Thanks so much! There are a lot of hidden caves that only a few people know how to get there, we thinking about finding some of them. But we will not be allowed to disclose where there location are.
Cool video! Definitely recommend a backup prussik for the non-locking belay devices so slips don't end badly. You should do some rock climbing or bouldering while you're here!
My cousin's will be world famous some day soon. I am sure of it congratulations boys
Haha thank you, one day we might🙌🏼
Awesome video! Can not wait for the next one🎉
You guys are so fun! Can't wait for more adventures!
Thank you, already working on the next one!!🙌🏼
Epic mission gents!!
I've swam in that dam & it was poes cold🥶
😂😂😂 said like a true capetonian!
Looks like such fun! You guys are so brave 🤗 enjoy your adventures
Thank you! Can’t wait to make more!!
This was so beautiful and nostalgic.
That’s so cool !!! felt like I was with you guys 😂
NAF am I doing this so I appreciate you documenting it 😂
Always a pleasure😂😂🏔️
Cool Clip and loving the psych. I suggest going for some rock climbing or abseiling courses or join a club so you can learn more about your equipment and how to do this cool stuff safely, such as using a simple prusik to back up your belay device to stop you if you let go of the rope.
I’m glad you love it! We were actually professional climbers, and I work for an abseiling company. I appreciate the suggestion.🏔️🏕️
shimmy in....shimmmy out. thats what its alla about. Awesome explorin!
That was beautiful😂🏕️🏔️ thank you
Yooo this is pretty cool.
Definitely going for this hike
Dope! Defs keen on going there myself!

Incredible
where did u start hiking on table mountain to find this place. im looking for new places to take my wife and kids exploring
Cable car
We went up the cable car and then headed to the dam from there
very good, very nice
Thank you! Cheers!
Nice one. Have you guys done the Otter trail yet? It's an epic 5 day hike.
Not yet! I’ve definitely wanted to
It's so pretty over there
It’s so beautiful
The Rocks inside of the cave looks like big bricks stacked on top of each other. WTF thats sick!
It is so worth it, and if you don’t have gear there is a way in and out that you don’t need to abseil in
@@outdoorbrotherss Appreciate the Advice! I gather Local stories and legends. Did you know that there is a Legend about a cave that goes from Simons Town to Cape Town?
Either way! Thank you for sharing!
Of course my guy, I was looking for the entrance in Simon’s town, but I was unlucky, but I’m not familiar with the legend about it
@@outdoorbrotherss I have some old maps that shows some points of interest. Most of them have Navy bases attached.
Oh also found Pyramids in South Africa. This place is WILD :D
@@julianhessphotopyramids? What are those maps called? Epic
Big up guys
👌
Lets gooo
No back up rope?
It wasn’t needed, as the ropes we used are proper climbing ropes and the first decent was 10m if it was a 50 or more meter decent we would have definitely had a back up rope
Titan❤
Be careful, now everyone wants to go and explore it, and the undesirebles will be waiting, o and WASAR and rescue teams will have there hands full.
The abseiling was super fun for the video, but you can get in and out with out a rope.🏔️
For those that will go there, will definitely have hiking experience. It is a very quiet spot I was there just the other day and it’s still untouched.
This is so cool. What's the name of this cave
Boomslang cave, above kalk bay🙌🏼
Nope.🤪Boomslang not on Table Mountain.. Wynberg Cave System
Awe bergies
Bro when are you taking me
Go to Zandiles cave in the eastern Provence. That will amaze you
We will definitely look into going to the Zandiles cave in a future video. Thank you for the suggestion we have not been to that cave yet but definitely looking forward into making it a road trip someday 😎
@@outdoorbrotherss looking forward to seeing it since I was boy when my father took me there.
@@outdoorbrotherss have you been to the caves in the north east of Botswana? Go, there's a multi million Dimond stash hidden there. I know because I put it there🤩
South African is the most beautiful land on this lonely planet 😮
It most definitely is☀️
East cape
This is cool you guys! I’m also in ct. my dad grew up in tamboerskloof and said they used to go up the mountain and camp and climb into caves and storm water drains when he was young! Maybe that’s one of them! So so cool! I subd:) will wait for more!!
That’s amazing, well with what you said you might find the video that we just filmed fun, we have one video that will be uploaded before it but once it’s out let me know what you think🙌🏼🏔️🏕️ thank you for subscribing😁
