Hi there, the video is helpful. I have a related question. I recently bought a K1T805MX. In the ivms-4200 (under Access Group or Monitoring), the Door1 under the card reader won't even show up as an Access Point. Do you know the reason? Thank you for any help.

Hi @user-nq9vf3ot7y Try to re-add again your accesss control device. And you will be able to see the access point.

Hi there, thank you for the video, its very usefully. I have related question. We bought a K1T805MX but ivms-4200 door1 will not show up as an access point for the device. With it showing as a access point, we cannot set up PIN. Do you know what can cause this? Thank you!

Hi there, a follow-up question regarding PIN. I have a DS-K2210 master elevator controller that works with a DS-K1102AMK. The card works perfectly but I cannot figure a way to set the passcode (besides the super code). I tried to set the PIN under the Person setup, not working on the elevator. I tried to add Authentication Code under Advanced Configuration. But the master elevator controller won’t show up in the menu in the middle column (I use ivms4200). Any insight is greatly appreciated! Thanks again!
