Thank you SO much for the shout out, Smitty! I think is brain stopped working for a moment when he heard you call out his name. He just looked at me and went, "What? Play that again!" He thought it was unbelievably cool and couldn't wait until the next morning to tell my wife who left him a message in a video. Thanks again and all our love to the channel!
Of course! I was very touched to hear these special moments you have with your son, so thank you for sharing! Haha love to hear the reaction too 😂🙌🏻 really appreciate the channel support and wish the best to you two!
Smitty - You are truly blessed with an eye for respecting the landscape around your builds, and this one showcases just that. That spur sticking up in the bottom of the gorge is definitely an inspiring facet, and you've done an awesome job with this concept!
Thank you so much Neal! I always look to the environment for inspiration - it really grounds a build and makes it feel authentic! So glad you enjoyed this one and appreciate the support!
Valheim is the most beautiful game made in recent years. just everything about it, is beautiful. The gameplay, music, traveling, ETC. it can be frustrating at times, but i look back at my builds and what i've accomplished with my hours of gameplay, and no other game can bring me that satisfaction.
I still consider you one of the best builders in the community. Absolutely a beautiful video. Also in my favorite biome. I’m already looking forward to another Mountain build.
Another incredible buld. You're a great builder but it's you're ability to visualizse the components of the story and guild the scene. It makes me believe it's real!
Thank you! This is such a nice compliment! It’s all about world building and story telling for me 👌🏻 always awesome to hear when people appreciate those elements as well!
infact i liked all of your builds , especially the small ones , i always look forward for the small ones those challenging ones with limited resources .
Oh wow, this is absolutely stunning! Your creativity is inspiring, and I appreciate your comments about it feeling a bit daunting looking at the blank canvas and not quite knowing where to start. I like how you explained that you took the plunge with a decision to build the bridge, it's so encouraging to hear your thought-process! I always stunt myself with anxious over-planning. Starting is the hardest moment and you just dived in, nailed it, then went full epic-build! I love this! 💖
Holy shit. This channel is a gem. I honestly didnt check out your guide videos but these high value production videos of these custom places? They are beyond awesome. Reminds me of the golden minecraft days.. damn. This channel deserves to explode with views. Awesome work man!
You never cease to amaze your viewers. I hope you can translate your design and build skills into a highly profitable career. I always look forward to your next build. Thank you for sharing!
It's the kind of build that makes you really wish it were all functional; like you could build this mine and then run off to do other things while it accumulated stone/silver for you. Nice job, dude.
This is outstanding. I love when people can work within the limits to create such amazing structures even if they aren’t functional. That’s what got me into Minecraft with my kids initially, just the building and seeing massive structures, and using different blocks in unique ways to get the aesthetic you want. I’m a little less than half way with valheim but it’s bot much fun adventuring alone, so I spend a lot of time building and experimenting between adventures. Tutorials and explaining builds is such an awesome way to help grow the community and is greatly appreciated. And I love learning new techniques. Keep up the awesome work!
This is a mindblowing build, as always! Love how you built this into the landscape instead of changing it to your needs. The details are so cool, especially the 'rollercoaster'. 😊 Cinematic top notch, you just know how to do it. 👌 The steampunk vibe of some elements is so cool, I need to integrate this into some of my builds.
As many others have pointed out, you have a great knack for building with the environment in mind, and this build-by-nature showcases that ability wonderfully. I built a small little mine around a dug-out copper body along a river once but this is next level! Always look forward to your videos with a snack and drink in hand!
Thanks Lonerose! Yes my philosophy is to work with the environment as much as possible rather than bending it to your will! Love to hear that you’re always snacked and drinked up 🙌🏻 a channel pro! Haha
What I would add to this design: Railings on the bridge, a mess hall + dorm for the miners, assuming that they wouldn't go up and down the trail every day.
Wow, that is such an incredible build. I love the idea of the core wood logs on the outside of the towers to add more depth. And those pully systems? Mind blowing. I love watching you work and seeing the amazing things that you come up with. Thank you very much for sharing.
Dang, you are the GOAT! Lol. I took a few months off watching Valheim videos while playing through Mistlands so I didn't spoil myself too much and man this was treat to finally get to watch!! Same with Dwarven Castle video, so epic!! As always, thanks for such inspiring builds and keep up the great work! :D

Love the build. Atention to details are insane! Also you use good video-editing and combined with storytelling elevate both the video and the build. Personally for me I learn a lot by looking at the small details you do. You teach us to become better builders. Keep on going!
Thank you so much! This type of content certainly takes a lot of effort between capturing and editing so It’s awesome to hear when people appreciate it!

@@smittysurvival Thank you so much. I am currently in the middle of a Black Forest Tavern build based off of an image I googled and it had large kegs sitting horizontally instead of the vertical ones we use to make potions. Lol thanks V! Looking forward to seeing your next video 👀
The game is genius 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 soon we will deforest all of valheim and turn it into a nice world full of roads and building 😈 💀 🤣🤣🤣
The scale and innovation of this build are jaw-dropping. I'm definitely going to take a stab at making a pulley system of my own, truly inspiring.
Your commitment to these builds is insane. Awesome build. Those pulleys are really impressive.

Man, all this game needs is actual physics to all of these objects. Can you imagine? Actual working pullies, etc.

100% agree. Valheim is a really special game and it’s creative direction is just beautiful. Can’t wait to see how it continues to develop.
Looks like an area I would expect to come across in the mountains of Skyrim. Incredible job!
The bridge and set of towers throughout are my favourite part of this build! Beautiful. They suit the mountain so well.
Awesome execution 🤌🤌 The eitr refineries look great as the 'engines' of the pulley structures, really finish it off well.
Thank you! Totally agree the eitr refinery just adds enough mechanical detail to suggest some kind of engine! So glad you picked up on that!
I think this is my favorite build from all the various Valheim building channels I watch. Really excellent. Good job.

My only question, how do they get the carts back up? XD
Epic forsight
What item is that you used for the wheels on the mine carts? Is that bronze bucklers?
I haven't played Valheim in a while now, because I found out that BepinEX was no longer working, and all the structures I built would eventually degrade. Has this been resolved or updated? Is there a console command that disables this? I'd rather not try to fix this through a mod since that requires the mod to be updated along side the game's patches, but if that IS required, what's the best mod to do this? Thanks.
There’s a couple of things you could do to prevent degrading
1. Set the Env to Clear through in-game console commands. That way you won’t get rain damage.
2. You could use a mod that prevents damage to build items. “Get off my Lawn” is a mod that would work.
Hehe using shields as wheels? Hilariously creative
i want 16:35 as my desktop background 😍
Wow!
Okay but this game actually could benefit greatly from a working pully system.
How do you record your videos with the camera angles and all of that? Do you use a second game instance to recording or how?
Ummm yah...super interesting ty
Have you thought about building a supership on raft mod? I have searched TH-cam for a good raft mod build and there is none. You would be the first
