Great recipe, but I always peel the pistachios before baking them to grind them. It makes a more greenish cake. But your way is also good. I would have appreciate better if you would have type the recipe on the screen whilst doing the job. Thank you anyway.

It takes about 15 minutes to preheat the oven. Start by turning on the oven at 165C for 15mins. then place the cake in the oven and continue baking at 165C for 25 to 30 mins.
Doing that freehand is insane you have incredible skill

I like baking with cake flour.

Yes, you can use cake flour if that's what you prefer. 😊 I have never tried it, but I heard it creates a lighter sponge.😋

Add 1/2 tsp of vinegar into full fat milk and leave for 15mins. It will curdle and form buttermilk. 💗
