In India quacks with no degrees are running clinics but the genuine ones are suffering (just see latest events of 2024 year neet ug 2024 controversy, neet pg 2024 discrepancies and delay after delay already 1 yr session back of already long years field, RG kar and several violence cases, and now this step vs Respiratory medicine,EMD by NMC)

    Will NMC do anything right
Earlier PMR and Emergency med was included later removed
    Now Resp is removed
Later Pre and para will be removed : Ayurveda will be included

Hello sir. Could you please make a detailed video on the prospect of DM cardiology 10 years down the line: total patient load , saturation intier 2 city, whether one can flourish without interventional cardiology fellowship, earning and private practice potential , cost of setup in tier 2 city, work life balance and recognition . It would be really helpful for many like me who are thinking of taking up Internal medicine and then cardiology. Thanks in advance.

Thankyou sir. Was planning to take up either internal medicine or respiratory medicine. Rank isn't allowing a decent int medicine college so was focusing on DNB respiratory medicine. But all these controversies really got me anxious on what to do. Because the other option would be surgical which i wasn't really interested in. Thanks to you. Got to see the bigger picture. And also sir is DM cardiology still possible after respiratory medicine??

Sir which branch to choose between pulmonary medicine and general medicine. Confused because pulmonary medicine is kind of end branch working on a particular organs like superspecialities whereas general medicine has lot to know like jack of all trades but have to write neet ss again to get in superspeciality.

Idiots wont even meet a single radiotherapist and do comments.
      I meet a radiotherapy M.D
There are so many bottle necks
1)Getting a job with good pay is tough
As the setup is itself costly and it is a referral branch (from surgeon).
One would be more intrested in invest in a hospital than radiotherapy unit.
      Don't think much.
      2) you can't have any special medications to prescribe.(medical oncologist will be there).so,you can't set up an o.p on your degree.
3)Low pay scale and slow raise.
Anatomy and physiology are better than radiotherapy.Atleast you will be happy in teaching.
Meet md radiotherapy person. Don't depend on some random idiot comments.
      Atleast ask dheeraj sir .
