Rachel, I'm glad your back is doing better...I just got my 1st round of injections, and it has helped, somewhat, not all the pain down, but tolerable!!! have fun on your vacation!!! be careful and not hurt your back any more!!!
Gosh Rachel, you have put a lot of work into this piece , it’s absolutely beautiful, ❤️ You really deserve a nice holiday with your friends, take care and be safe, Hugs Maggie. ❤️🤗🇨🇦❤️
Beautiful work Rach.As always I throughly enjoyed the make. Can't wait until tomorrow and see the rest of the story. Have an awesome weekend! Hope your back gets better soon.🤗. Thx for sharing your awesome creativity.
I love the sounds this journal makes when you work with it. I find crinkly paper sounds so soothing for some reason. It's visual, tactile, and auditory. I treat for the senses!
Thank you for sharing your journal today. Just lovely watching the process. Have a great weekend. Oh yes, a friend from my channel sent me over here today and I am so glad she did. Blessings!
I’m happy you are feeling better. Loving this journal. I crafted along with you using some of the beautiful digitals from your purple kit. I also like a fun dinner on Friday. My husband will propose something and I will say “That sounds like a Tuesday night dinner, not a Friday night dinner!”
You are cracking me up with the claw coming off and fiddling with that tiny piece of paper trying to put the bird back together. Isn’t it hilarious how we worry about that stuff 🤣🤣 I apologize to my paper, what even is that about 😂The journal is coming out amazing, what a perfect little project. Thanks again for entertaining us
Wonderful, I learned so much from this video... an amazing day at school! I love all your videos but sometimes you make the 'yes' button click in my head... lol Thank you!
Such a beautiful journal! Sounds like your time away will be spent enjoying lots of good company (friends), good food and great fun. Enjoy and bring us back lots of fun stories.
Every time your doorbell rings I get excited in the hope that my parcel has arrived to you 😓Silly me!! lol. Love the journal and your digitals Rachel 🙂❤️🇦🇺xxx
This journal is just coming together beautifully, really like what you have done so far! Thanks for sharing, looking forward to the next video! Have a blessed weekend Rachel🙌🌹
Beautiful journal Rachel. Very inspiring. I love to hand stitch on paper too! I just finished hand stitching on a flip that was made from part of your English Garden papers. I backed the paper with some cotton fabric and then hand stitched on top of the butterfly and the flowers. Just love the English Garden collection of papers you created. ❤️ Hope you had a yummy dinner with wine. What did Stef choose for dinner? 💞🤗🇨🇦💕
Rachel, I think you need a merch (merchandise) line to memorialize some of your "Rachelisms" on t-shirts and coffee mugs. Like "Bodgey Crafter, "Doesn't Matter," "Have a Winge," etc.
Another hot day in the south of England . It was somewhere in the 30’s . Lovely project it’s getting quite full. I had your eye makeup disaster today going in shops mask on sweat dripping Down head as not all shops had air con. Great joy (not). Hope you have a great break away you deserve it and so does your back.xx💖
Rachel, Rachel !! I've been packing and sorting until I find something I didn't remember I had so then I had to quit and play around with it -- ha -- we are actually able to stay until Sept 7th -- which hopefully the weather will be cooler -- it is miserable outside -- it's hot and so humid -- your journal is wonderful -- I still like all those flips in the front -- I bet it's fun for you to work on something a little different, too, especially when it turns out so well -- I'm glad to know you are feeling better -- today is sat. and you leave on Monday for a much-needed holiday for all of you -- and now's the time to do it before the "19" rears its ugly head again -- areas down near the beach have gone back to phase 2 lockdown due to the increased numbers in that region -- I hope you come across amazing finds on your trip and you feel well enough to work on your new embroidery project -- Hugs, Patricia
@@roxycreations679 We think so. Currently we are quite literally squatting here -- our governor put a stop to evictions until Sept. 7th, which will probably be extended again. But the landlord is receiving rent from the Cares Act, and they can't kick us out (or they'd have to give all that money back) -- I've been in constant contact with the property manager, so it's all good. I talked with the realtor who is handling the property in the country, and they've had no takers -- but if we lose that house, there are loads in that area. As you know, I am technically challenged, so I informed my son that he's going to have to help -- Rachel, I owe you so much -- you have no idea. You taught me how to do paper crafting, how to purchase and download digi kits (which btw, the botanical tags kit is breathtaking), and I'm putting the finishing touches on one I hope to finish tomorrow and then two more by the end of next week -- if they sell, 100 % of that money goes toward moving costs, so I'm not feeling the pressure I did all last spring into early summer. But the firecrackers and gun shots continue to pierce the quietness of the night -- the other night, I heard 3 shots in a row, which was different, so I called emergency services and said: this is where I live, I don't have more info, but it's near here, and in case somebody has been murdered, here's the time -- she told me they were receiving more calls -- two fools out there shot themselves -- gosh, sorry this is so long -- glad to hear you are feeling better -- but if you don't improve, please, please go get an x-ray, cat scan or mri of your back -- also, you might want to think about getting a back brace -- I'm serious -- it will alleviate the pressure of your back muscles trying to hold your spine upright, which will help while you sit to craft -- and -- while you sit in the car on your holiday -- have a beautiful time with your beautiful family -- I hope you find great things at great prices !! big big hugs, Patricia
This journal is getting so fat,I just love how you can put so much hand created ephemera into one book. Love your work Rachel. Yall have fun on holiday🌞🌞🌞🛵🚎
This is a silly comment, but I thought of you and laughed and laughed -- so, I was watching the UK version of MasterChef last week, and one of the judges must be from the beautiful land of Oz, because he was talking about if the lamb was cooked correctly, he would be "Happy as Larry" -- wait for it -- and then he said: "Righty-oh" -- it made me think of poor Stefano waiting outside the store and he couldn't figure out what the guy was saying -- and every time I see a spider I think of your boss running to get away -- and laugh
did you list your architect's instagram? The one you were talking about that is married to the surgical nurse? I was looking forward to seeing what he has done. Great journal video today, thank you!
Rachel !!! This is probably not the correct place to post this, but I want to give others a heads up. I want to also say at the outset, I'm leaving this here in addition to etsy reviews because they're wonderful. I am not receiving anything from Rachel at all. So this is my honest opinion. I love your tags digi kits. Your nature tags remain some of my favorites. I put the biological tags under "save for later" because the new printer only comes with enough toner for about 100 pages, so I had to wait for the toner and it came yesterday and very late last night, I remembered the kit, and I purchased and downloaded it, but right as I was getting ready to print -- the printer ran out of paper -- so I went to bed - and so first thing this morning, after feeding cats so they wouldn't eat us (only to find out my son had already fed the little piggies -- er, um -- darlings -- yeah, that's the word, darlings -- ugh !! -- I added paper and immediately it began to print out the tags -- OMG -- OMG -- OMG -- this is my new laser color printer, and I am in love -- but the colors are crystal clear, the images just gorgeous, with an incredible mix to suit every style -- and they're so cheap !! Now, I had a wonderful canon pixmar ink jet, but I loaded it with tea dyed paper and told it to print on both sides, and the paper got caught and wound around the inside roller bar, a catastrophic failure -- I say that only because I would be just as happy printing these out with an ink jet. I even made my son come and look at them, and he did one of those "rolling of the eyes" until he saw them -- wow !! He said. (the roles have reversed. I keep telling him it's his karma for making me watch him jump into the pool a hundred times in an hour when he was little. I'll stop. This is as close as I will probably come to owning one of Rachel's original art pieces, and that's okay -- because if I had the originals, I would hoard them, and here I can print out as many as I want (as long as the toner holds out!! Which they claim is 1500 pages -- we'll see!!) Big hugs, Patricia PS: Have so much fun on your trip !!!
