Nolan is a true innovator and Legend. I think his take on Ray Kassar was spot on. Ray was a person who had no clue what his customers wanted and how their taste would change over time thus stifling an industry and letting Nintendo walk right in and take over the USA market. The next wave of Atari's owners after the crash had a similar problem.. They also focused on cost over innovation, especially when it came to the game sector producing products technologically far behind their competition.
I absolutely love Nolan Bushnell. It really does suck seeing how Chuck E. Cheese turned out. Mr. Bushnell, thank you for being a part of mine and many other childhoods. You are an amazing and inspiring individual and I hope you realize the influence you have had on people around the world!
