Thanks for sharing this recipe with us. I have tried to make Tofu but it did not come out well. I will try your method. However, I would like to know how you made the 'ogi' coagulator. Thanks
The pleasure is mine. And thanks for watching my video. Sorry to hear that. I am assure you that if you use my method in this video, you will be happy with the outcome. Check the description box for the recipe. For the "Ogi" coagulation, you can get it from any vendor making corn or maize pap in your area or if you have grounded pap at home just take part of the water on it after the pap has settled down. Thank you.
Awww. Thanks for watching my video and I'm glad you found it helpful. Please remember to send me a feedback once you've tried it out and trust me you will love the taste of this Tofu. Thank you❤️
You're welcome and thanks for watching my video. The residue can be use as livestock feeds and also it can be mixed with flour in making some snacks. Thank you ❤️
I will definitely try this Thank you ma’am for the knowledge. For the pap coagulation is it the water gotten when u filtered a pap or I should buy pap mixed it with water and allow it to settle back
Thanks for the video. Please, whenever I start boiling the milk, it starts becoming seed like as if I had put the lemon water inside. What did I do wrong?

Oh so sorry about that. Good you gave it a trial. Please take time to watch and study the video again. Go through the process, I believe it will out fine next time you tried. Thanks for been here.
I haven't tried using lemon but I know it's a coagulating agent too however, im not so sure how effective it can be when it's being used for Tofu I will sure try it out one of these days and probably drop it here. Thanks for watching my videos.
Oh so sorry for that! But I like the fact you gave it a trial. I believe next time you do it, it will be very ok. What did you use as your coagulating agent? If it is the Pap water it must be the firmented one. I mean the pap (from Corn) must have stayed for at least 24 hours before you can use the water. Please try and re-watch the video keenly. Thank you
Please ma what other coagulating agent can we use and what quantity do you advice, i can't get access to pap water. Secondly must we cook the awara after cutting it up before frying or can we fry it directly?
Hi Nanci. Thanks for watching my video. I'm so sorry for the late response I didn't see the notification on time. Yes, you can use Vinegar. For the quantity of the Awara, you can use about a cup of (125mls). And Secondly, yes, you can fry it directly but you will have to add some salt after it has coagulated to give it a taste. That's if you're eating it fried. I boiled it to enrich its taste. Thank you.
