Wirral Waters Legacy Project, Development Progress 20.12.22

Here is my next update of the Wirral Waters Legacy Project development close to me on the Wirral.
It is located on the corner of Duke Street and Dock Road.
I believe that it is going to consist of 13 & 8 storey units.
I was first here on the 17th August 2022 and it was just flat land. They have made great progress in just 3 months.
I will keep an eye on this development over the coming months.
