I'm just noticing that the way Kelly hits notes is limited. She either goes straight into vibrato or starts off with a straight tone and goes into vibrato at the end. In contrast, the way Cynthia approaches notes depends on the style of music she is singing.
Cynthia wins in belts up to D5, and then Kelly takes over. Cynthia tends to lose support after D5, and then her belts sort of sound struggled. Head voice is a tie. At their best, they’re both equally strong in their head voice.
This is my opinion: A4 - Kelly Bb4 - Tie B4 - Cynthia C5 - Tie C#5 - Cynthia D5 - Cynthia Eb5 - Kelly (Cynthia's is an F5 not an Eb5) E5 - Kelly F5 - Cynthia F#5 - Kelly G5 - Kelly G#5 - Kelly A5 - Cynthia Bb5 - Tie B5 - Kelly Kelly has 10 points and Cynthia has 8 points. Kelly wins! Cynthia is DEFINITELY still a force to be reckoned with though, her vocals are no joke!
They sing two diff. styles and have diff. tones. I think I prefer Cynthia. I would say she has slightly more depth and strength in her voice. I also prefer when she uses classical technique in her head voice. Kelly's head voice sounds very squeaky and shallow to me.
Love Cynthia and ana amzing singer but throwing the head back is forcing Kelly rarely if ever does that showing more control..just saying although both! AMAZING!!!
