Build assembled on Week 4 of 3.23 Affliction league.

Classic CoC Ice Nova. At this budget kinda lacking dps, but has good defenses: Aegis with 72/62 block(Glancing Blows), decent hp/es pool, ~30k armour, and good clearing with Ice Nova having fairly big AOE.
I picked Skin of the Loyal as its good offense/defense option (+1 level and give more armour than Brass Dome) and also will work for CI version for higher budget.

Upgrades:
GEAR:
- Weapon:
No changes.
- Helmet:
Crown of the Inward Eye with +1 Power Charge corrupt
Or double influenced Blizzard Crown with +1 Power Charge and "Nearby Enemies have - 12% to Cold res"
- Body Armour:
Has many options:
1. Skin of the Loyal/Lords for Life/CI based
2. Shavronne's for Low Life version.
3. Incandescent Heart for CI.
4. Dialla's for CI (very few people use it)
- Gloves:
Rare gloves with accuracy, dex, resist.
- Boots:
CDR with Tailwind or atleast CDR alone.
(If you going for 52% CDR setup)
- Amulet:
Basically two options:
1. Replica Dragonfang's Flight with +3 Ice Nova for CI/Life based.
2. Presence of Chayula for Low Life version
- Rings:
Generic rare rings to fix resists/dex.
Or +1 Power charge ring with Kalandra's Touch
- Belt:
Regular rare belt to fix resists with life or ES.
Or Mageblood.
FLASKS:
Just better tiers of mods on magic flasks.
Also Bottled Faith
GEMS:
Quality on gems where its impactful.
Awakened CoC for 52% cdr setup.
JEWELS:
- Militant Faith (Dominus) for Inner Conviction Keystone (3% more damage per Power Charge)
- Watcher's Eye with Hatred flat Crit Chance.
- That Which Was Taken, has many mods(See below, same mods as Charms)
- Cluster Jewels.
SECOND ASCENDANCY - Primalist for Charm slots.
For Charms:
Prefixes:
- +(up to 1%) Critical Strike Chance while at maximum Power Charges
- +(up to 5%) to Critical Strike Multiplier per Power Charge
- (up to 12%) Cooldown Recovery Rate
Suffixes:
- You and nearby Allies have +(up to 20%) to Elemental Resistances
- Cannot take Reflected Elemental Damage
And some less important ones.

Your 1 div challenges are the best. I can just casually try a new build without fudding muchsince I'm not the kind to delve into end game and accumulate currency.
nice video, seems more realistic than other 1div challenges around, I want to try a CoC build, since I've never tried it out seriously
CoC builds are fun thats for sure, usually have good dps but defenses aren't that great
thats kind of a bummer, im not a poe expert, and I feel this league is really scary on some monsters with wisps buffs, I still want to try something anyways like ice spear @@PaintMasterPoE

after 30 hours to try to beat the campaign i gave up but i love watching videos like this even if i dont play, sick build
First time it will take a while to finish campaign especially if you not follow leveling guide, like what quest to do, what to skip, spend least time possible standing and killing mobs.
But even then there's people like me that have tons of time spent in game but still do acts on first char in league in like 10h which very slow

@@PaintMasterPoE this is like my 4th league but idk how some quests took me over an hour to finish lmao. ill go back to it and probably copy one of your builds :D but i had to take a break from just running around the Ruined Square lol
Here is how to get lot faster in campaign for free.
Socket phase run and put it on left click or if you use frenzy charges put vaal haste on left click and use the option "always attack on place" for it. You don't need to use haste as an aura for it, but it makes the leveling faster.
You can pair vaal haste with cast when damage taken molten shell and increased duration for strong 4l setup.
Use quicksilver and roll some decent mods on it
And lastly copy a decent build, making good build is hard.
@@berkelium247 thanks for the help, i did actually copy a league starter build but the problem is i dont know where to go so to find the next stage or for example that monster in ruined square that you kill for a skill point, that last quest took me literally 45 mins lol. or the one where you first meet einhar, again is minimum 30-40 mins to find 5 beasts then find the next door lol
Big thing most players miss is a blue item with a good resist > a yellow with life. Capping res and having decent armor or evasion is more important that life in the campaign. Both are great but resists and armor come first.
Very nice build! I just set this up and it feels very good already. I can vouch for the 1div price, didn't have any problem with that.

Not to say for every person "expensive" is different, and this build has many variants, life, low life and ci, and few options for some slots like body armour. Its better to pick some setup from poe ninja, and just copy it.
How are u lvling the new chars that fast? Love all the builds. Can't wait to have enough experince in the game to build chars based on that videos
Its not like new char for every build, i made templar and did 3 builds on it, now witch, and then marauder.
I just get basic leveling gear, and do acts in like ~5h played, then 5way to 90ish.
Those builds will work at lower level, but maybe couldn't handle t16 40-60% Deli.
You can find some free leveling in global 820 iirc, people do juiced maps, and you just walk with them getting tons of exp, or Cowards Trial rota.

Also where does the 100% crit chance come from?
Iirc its lifetap instead of crit damage.
And for capped crit: tree, flasks, crit chance support, power charges, thats it

I love that video! And I done something wrong with my build - my Frostbolt dont autocast, and my characters is stopping during cast
Seems like you need more mana, like ~100 ish should be enough. Simply use lower level of Precision.
@@PaintMasterPoE with level1 precisions i have 212 mana- but still stop for cast. But maybe problem is that my character is not 90lvl and I am missing some important note what I cant see:/

just invested 3 to 4 divs and its pretty good, changed the setup with ice spear of splitting
I was considering it too, but then remembered that i already did coc ice spear 😅

@@BachCow too much work 😆 when each rare item can be searched in like 5 different ways, and each item you get will affect all others.
So even if i would spend good hour to give you trade links, if you find single good item, that will change search parameters for every other item.
It's most time consuming part of those videos, finding cheapest ways to cap resists, and fix attributes.
All i can help with is to say in what order im getting stuff, it can be seen in video, but anyway:
1. At first uniques, find highest possible rolls for like 5-10% above regular price. With needed links and colors if possible.
2. Rares that are cheaper to craft than buy, usually its body armour, rarely belt/gloves/helmet/boots. Then depending on mods you get from crafting those, you search other pieces with any missing resists or attributes.
3. Then buying other slots, usually rings, amulet, i never craft those because no way i could craft some high resist ring or +1level amulet for 5-10c, its always cheaper to buy.
This bulid can be even more crazy with frostblink of wintry blast :D Just tested and you dont even need to aim, just auto jumping from one group to other
I know, it was my first build choice for Occultist, but too bad gem was worth like 150c which wouldn't be possible to make working build with like 65c left for gear, other gems and flasks
@@PaintMasterPoE oh yeah I forgot that you had limited budget :) I was lucky enough to get that gem from last lab. Also have empower support gem and I am trying figure out what will be best way to put all gems to keep ice nova, cyclone and wintry frostblink, but look like I need 8 link armor :) But in worst case you can move ice nova to sword for auto cast..You build had extra space for more gems - how you will put from list above? two cospris malice for more cast haha :D
@@gadouk8937 people mostly use ice spear of splitting in cospri's on coc frostblink for extra clearing.
While ice nova is kinda pointless because its basically same thing as frostblink, so it doesn't add extra clearing

Ill make Occultist next, then Marauder ascendancies, i see some people play it on Berserk but nearly all of them use Replica Alberon Warpath, which is 2.5 div now

what's the difference between this and normal ice nova coc ? does this icenova deal more damage?
Basically, when i cast Frostbolt, then cast this Ice Nova manually, single cast trigger Ice Nova 4 times, i assume it works same with CoC, so every trigger of Ice Nova from CoC proc 4 times.
In this build, regular Ice Nova deal ~132k per hit, while Ice Nova of Frostbolts deal ~118k x4 or ~472k, and all 4 overlap because of fairly big AOE.
Yo, ice nova is better than vortex for coc? Or they are the same? Whats the difference?
Not sure you can use Vortex with CoC Cyclone, atleast noone on league plays it
This Ice Nova of Frostbolts is good skill for CoC because it proc 4 times per trigger, and it overlap.

HH will steal mods from rare that could change your attack speed which would make trigger rate worse.
Having perfecr trigger rate is important more on single target, for clearing you can just ignore it if you going to use hh.
Which cluster mods?
Just check on poe ninja what people use, it depends if you want just one large cluster, or large and two medium. Each has few good notables.
is this still good in 3.24?

idk if u can spend it all on fulcrum chieftain, when its like ~150d nearly minmaxed
Then max Fire Res + Explode Charm that are like 200d per or so.
On my setup i reached 87% Res without Charms. Also another +1% can be on corrupted Amulet, very expensive too. And another 2% to reach 90%, charm or that which was taken.
After that there's probably nothing else to do. Just polish rare gear: helmet, gloves and cluster jewels.

Ring and helmet atleast with +1 Power Charge.

For every single 1 Div build i did, i searched good setup on poe ninja, and changed some stuff, sometimes a lot of changes, sometimes a bit to fit into budget, because there's simply no low budget setups lol

I could get generic rare body for 15c and spend saved 25c on better jewels that would fully compensate that damage loss from skin of the loyal.
And this is just showcase, you dont have to use uniques that aren't core of this build, like cospri's, and dont have to copy it 1:1.
