is this geopolymer concrete suitable at ambient temperature or does delft have to develop any curing compound, I am working on the development of a curing compound and looking forward to a possible collaboration.
GP is alumina silicate based concrete, it uses amorphous silica and alumina that can be sourced from fly ash, bauxite residue and ground slags. They are in a reactive state and can be triggered to set with a mixture of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide. (Potassium based also works) See geopolymer.org for more information.
Rizwan Paramban I am not sure what m sand slurry is, fly ash should by f fly ash, the alumina around 13% or higher and mostly amorphous silica, the Cao content in c fly ash may be too high. It needs some slag (ggbs) you can vary the ratio 50/50 is good but you can use less slag, your sodium silicate will need some sodium hydroxide mixed with it in proper ratios, sodium silicates vary widely.
Rizwan Paramban the m sand can be used in place of traditional sand and depending on content may add or have different attributes. It’s particle size, shape and mineral content all affect the mix design but gp can still make good concretes out of finer rounded sand particles that aren’t suitable with Portland. The process description can be hardly heard due to the loud noise but alkali activated materials are NOT geopolymers. At least get your terminology straight before putting up a misleading title.

Alkaline activated concrete is prone to leaching if not fully reacted into a geopolymer (3d network material), so there is a possibility that the material researched in the video can't possibly be used to make a bridge with it's salt water environment.

But whats the chemical burn gonna feel like lol. Im a concrete finisher and regular concrete takes about 2 hours on your skin in the sun to burn you if left unwashed. Whats this stuff feel like. I think it would destroy skin. And you guys will have some disclaimer like wear full on hazmat suit while applicataion is in process lol and it gets 100*F in some psrts of the US...
I don't like to be the bringer of bad news but concrete would last between 50 - 100 years, then someday it may be processed into rubble. eventually, particles washed into watersheds and drains. ultimately heading straight out to the ocean, where the real damage is done. the thing is with that is we would never be around to see our children suffer consequences of this technology? the concept is only great when we investigate the entire spectrum of holistic innovation.
Just keep in mind that because these materials probably cost up 10x as much to produce as regular concrete, no company in their right minds will (without subsidies) invest in stuff like this.

Not to mention, ancient concrete is very different from modern concrete. When you say white dude claims its discovery, you should at least see if the inventor credits the previous modules. A lot of people bitch about this but don't really understand what it means to claim an invention. For instance, Tomas Edison didn't make the idea of a light bulb; but made the first working module. Thus he gets credit for the creation of the only viable and operable invention. White dudes aren't taking credit for anything, just like Egyptians aren't taking credit from whom ever they learned it from.

What you actually use in this ? ... Pls tell us the whole list of material.. to make it.
For example: Metakaolin + Potassium-Silicate Solution (Waterglass) --> Geopolymer (alumosilicates with measurable molecular size and weight)

Some of The geopolymer structures the Romans used are still in use today.
