    I injured my serratus awhile ago and have been looking for safe ways to train it, this video is a life saver

    Ive found banded pushups with emphasised protraction at the time pretty good too

    Calisthenics athletes must have monstrous serrated anterior specially the ones who can hold planche fully protracted

    I need to try all these. I used to box at a decent enough level but since getting back into it following a 8 year break I get this injured all the time in sparring.

    Hello sir. I have a problem I have a restriction in my left shoulder external rotation mobility in 90° of flexion. And i think that because of that, i have trouble activating that serratus anterior in the wall slide excersise and tend to compensate. Is it reasonable that its way easier for me to feel the serratus work in the plank to pike? Also i have winged scapula. And that mobility restriction is something that i am working on separately. Please give me your opinion🙏🙏🙏🙏
