In Carpenter’s Conceptions, Jack had a version of Peter Kane's "Jazz Aces" with a double-kicker ending that I loved. I added a few moments to the routine; I have no adjustments when I do the first two counts, and I also added a real show of the aces coming over to the leader packet. I have another version of this effect that I will post shortly, which gets rid of the last two Elmsley counts.
