Hare Krishna !!
Try out these wonderful Naankhatai cookies which are super creamy and mouth-melting. This recipe lets you bake these delicious cookies in oven as well as on stove. These are perfect goodies to distribute as prasad anytime.
Serving - 20 cookies
Ingredients :
1/2 cup room temperature ghee
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup all purpose flour (or) maida
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup gram flour (or) besan
3 tbsp fine semolina (or) suji
1 tsp cardamom powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp milk
Pistachios for garnishing
Preheat the oven at 180°C for 7 minutes
Bake it at 180° C for 15 minutes to 20 minutes
For No Oven ➡️
Preheat the kadai for 10 minutes on low flame
bake it for 20 to 25 minutes on low flame

Hare Krishna you can use any kadai aluminum or steel and even you can prepare in cooker also just you have to remove gasket and whistle. 🙏🌺
