Khoreva as always masters the dance technically like no other. However there is something with her port de bras which I find makes her dance look a bit stiff. Somova is lovely to watch and dances with lightness, but her character stays on the surface. That said, May Nagahisa I found really impressive. She is the real fairy - I don't think I have ever seen somebody incorporating the fairy better than May did, even not my all time admired Marianela.
All three are excellent and gorgeous dancers absolutely ❤ ❤️ ❤ ❤ ❤ and I admire them all. I am a die-hard fan of the young dancer 'Maria Khoreva' tho, and it's imminent that she will become a principal dancer very soon ❤ ❤ ❤! I am wondering who will become the next principal after Diana Vishneva retires. I think it will be either Maria Khoreva or May Nagahisa. I prefer Nagahisa although Khoreva is also exquisite and deserving.
Oops that's my genuine error. To @ taureanblue yes I feel the same; apart from my favourite 'M Khoreva' . . of course there's M Ilyushkina Y Osmolkina R Shakirova and several other dancers, too.
May Nagahisa is lovely. She is light on her toes and her technique is solid. She has a beautiful upper body and her arms are working from her lattes. Exquisite legs and feet. And she is as pretty as all get up!
I prefer Alexandra Khiteeva in Sugar Plum variation, her arms are gorgeous. And she’s not in the video😅, but you can find her performance on TH-cam. Reminds me of Efremova, if you watched the “evolution” video.
Look on google and see who is performing in a theatre closest to you. It’s a wonderful, never to be forgotten experience. Get the best tickets you can afford. I haven’t , myself, ever managed to get that close 🙏🙏🙏🙏👵🇦🇺
Let's face it Maria Khoreva can't keep those points shoes quiet to save her own life! She is lovely when she is standing still and her turnout is not the best. But the thing that irritates me the most with her is she is very loud even when doing simple bourrees. For me...that is always the true sign of a ballerina, not sounding like an elephant while dancing on stage, no excuses or exceptions!
Alina Somova is also lovely BUT she slops through this variation as if she has an important date afterwards. Folks these are opinions, my opinions. So please do not get all upset! My opinion is not the same as yours and that should be okay.
Somova is the best of the best. Full of grace and with beautiful hands.

I noticed that too. I thought Maria’s bourrees were the best though.

I agree with you here, Alina’s entrance was wonderful, but then she got in a hurry and became sloppy.
