I love your doctor..he is truth. Most of them would not acknowledge writing a prescription for the partner. They'd write you a prescription and not tell you that the partner and his partner are infecting and re-infecting you.

The Doctor is correct about people not wanting to be transparent. I was talking to a guy who is my age in his 50's and he was laughing and dodging questions, and I knew he was lying. And we are in Houston. This behavior I see is making be celibate. I don't have time to play games and have anxiety going back and forth to the Doctor's checking myself. It may be lonely, but it's peaceful over here.

As a EX SALON OWNER in the beauty industry I had 1 particular stylist who worked at my salon who was a older B MALE stylist in his sixties that is 'RAINBOW' that would $hit on himself because he couldn't hold it in! His muscles had been damaged from all of the an@l $ex. This man $hitted all inside of my salon bathroom that caused a problem. I never understood why people glorify that lifestyle. Get in the habit of getting tested please!!!! I get tested every 3 months when I'm sexually active with 1 partner. When I'm NOT sexually active I get tested every 6 months. You can always find FREE testing on June 27th National HIV Testing Day and December 1st World Aids Day. Sincerely an ally to the HIV community. ❤

It's my body, and the test can be a false negative, and it's a window period in testing. I'd rather be safe and consistent. Sometimes, people get in relationships and get comfortable, and if it's not a part of their routine, they won't get tested.
I used to follow the advice to get tested every 3 mos until my GYN came in and gave me a harsh talking to about getting tested too often. I was kinda blown cuz I thought I was doing the right thing. Go figure.

I get tested for STD's, HIV, etc twice a year!! Its free once & the 2nd time I end up paying something. If i know Ive had nore than 1 partner during the last 1 year since testing I tell my current partner & I also hit up the partner preciously to say hey I got tested & I'm clean!! Im not go lie Im scared to get something. But this was so informative so thank you both for this!!! We need more interviews like this Tasha!!❤
