I need couple of clarifications.
I would like to start a staffing business.
Not sure whether to go for Inc or LLC.
Secondly, is it mandatory to have a us citizenship or green card to start business or to open bank account.
What will be the cost involved to register company or per year functional cost apart from team and all.
Please for incorporation as company with initial capital, team, type of business engagement decide on inc or llc, for incorporation you don’t need to be citizen of resident but for consulting business where you hire employee on your payroll and contract staffing you need to have physical office, TIN of the individual. The cost depends on the team structure, job boards, ATS and CRM.

Hi Sivaji, You can be registered anywhere and can do business anywhere but income earned from the source will be calculated from the source place. If you have Indian company rendering service in US and you made profit . The US corporation will withheld tax amount higher but if you have US registered company then you get paid as per US laws.

Hi, You don’t need to register for services in USA, you can provide services but tax for your service will be considered foreign and deductible at higher rates. If you have a US registered business you will get service commission as per state laws where you are registered. The second question requires us to deeper understand our business that are we going to have people on our payroll or are we filing visas for employees or consultant or just providing recruitment services.
