I own a small business and you are one of my biggest inspirations. You taught me how to manifest and just be in the right mindset. Thank you so so much ❤❤
How do you apply this to insomnia that has persisted for years? Affirming for it and assuming, but still getting so little sleep cannot function well at work, feeling exhausted, low energy. So, stop affirming if it's not coming, you say. Good, and how do you handle the physical exhaustion, lack of focus, underachieving at work because of sleep deprivation? Thanks ❤
Sorry for the late reply! Thanks for the question! So, from what you've shared, the story you are telling is perpetuating the experience of it. You're manifesting the exact story you're telling. It's a perfect manifestation! However, if we want to break that pattern, we've got to stop feeding it and feed something else instead. I recommend picking one statement that implies you've now overcome the insomnia (e.g I always get a great night's sleep) and use that statement to help place you in the end state so you can start practicing BEing that person now. You will have to persist. Your old story is going to fight you a bit on it, but eventually it will subside. Be intentional and thoughtful with the statement (instead of robotically affirming) and after some time, it will have to change because your story has. ❤
