May I please ask if your sewing machine came with metal stabilizer on the buttonhole foot attachment? I phone Janome to let them know I was missing mine. They say it says optional in the instruction manual therefore my 9850 does not come with it. I have noticed a lot of people on TH-cam and in the Janome 9850 Facebook group had the stabilizer come with their buttonhole foot. I plan to ask about 7 people that question before I call Janome back.

Mine came with it. I bought it at Costco. Perhaps other sellers don’t include it.
