- Prince William and the Earthshot Prize finalists took part in the World Leaders Summit at COP26.
Prince William introduced the 2021 Earthshot winners and finalists to the assembled leaders and called for further support for innovation to repair the planet.

Over the last ten years, the evidence that we face urgent challenges to protect the environment has become indisputable, and it’s clear that the time to act is now. Drawing inspiration from the concept of moonshots, which since the moon landing in 1969 has become shorthand to talk about the most ambitious and ground-breaking goals, Prince William announced The Earthshot Prize: an ambitious set of challenges to inspire a decade of action to repair the planet.
We believe in the power of human ingenuity to prove to us all that the seemingly impossible is possible.

Prince William has studied geography before , he is un visionary indeed - acting now on climate change, or it will be too late. Gratitude to all organizations, participants for their contribution to saving and restoring our planet.
The Earthshot Prize is a prize launched by Prince Williams and his mentor Sir David Attenborough with the support of a broad range of individuals and organizations dedicated to climate action.
I am very proud of the British Royal Family - how to manage this historical event.Prince William represented her with great dignity.

.However ,a great monarch is not only about having the stature as a statesmen but also the ability for compassion,, tolarence and understanding, Look no more than the wonderful example of HM , the Queen who never allowed personel matters to fester, proved undisputedly the unity of the royal family by her wise counsel, compassion and wisdom love and forgiveness.
HM kept unity..as with the Duke and Duchess of Windsor ,whom her mother alienated vehemently....., with her own sister who could be unconventional and trying due to her own unfortunate circumstances and when her own childrens marrages broke , with their spouses todate . Ensuring at all times the unity of her Royal Family ,
For what is the use of being the greatest king without the necessary compassion or forgiveness, for one's own sense of spiritual worth as a human,?
. All humans are fallible , even kings....

not my king, not the king of EARTH, that's for sure. Who's he to tell us all how we gotta live here and how we gonna go about solving OUR TRASHY way of living on this earth? You can't make machines fix everything and compartmentalize the issues to be solved by individual people in an elite circle of "selected leadership" to guide our beloved humanity to wellness. I'm sorry. The royal family is scandalous at best, and this guy was raised in a highy dysfunctional family, that negates the human spirit and props up a family enterprise of control, wealth and power over human evolution done ORGANICALLY. These folks can't let go of power and allow the people to change how we live on this earth. That is the solution, WE NEED TO CHANGE how we live here, and go back to what has worked in the past. Might need to sacrifice some high tech luxuries that do us no good. But planting seeds and tending soil doesn't require a king to lead the way. We all can push the dirt aside, and put the seeds into the ground. A little water. A little love, and ALL KINDS OF LIFE sprouts into existence. There's your clean air solution. NO BRAINER.

Heartening to hear about these projects and how William is endorsing and supporting them. Now that his Dad is King and the baton has been passed to him as Prince of Wales, the focusing of the spotlight that will inevitably result will hopefully also give more exposure to these ideas and innovations, and enable them to scale and be widely adopted.
