I make this with different pasta's mostly Linguine, and I use the Robusto Italian dressing by Wishbone, I really love the Salad Supreme always use it in my salads.

I make mine just like that only minus the shrimp & carrots & I add 1/2 pack of shredded cheese & also with the zesty Itillan Dressing I add a 15oz. can of tomato sauce. Try it, it will make it taste better!!!! Like the kind in store deli's.
I'm a lazy cook so I get the veggies from salad bar at the grocery store because they're already cut up, they have everything, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, etc (shredded cheeses too)

I like to leave some of the peel on the cucumber for that added crunch. Never thought about adding carrots though! Thanks for recipe.
