      I thought I had developed severe asthma or COPD, could know longer walk upstairs without being out of breath!
      My doctor gave me a inhaler that did nothing.
      Long story short, it was mucus! The fruit cleared it up and I was able to start back jogging! 😎

      Hey FlipMacz! I follow a fruitarian diet, so I don't eat meat at all. As for healthy fats, I get most of my fats from sources like avocados and nuts. While I try to avoid simple carbs and grains, I do occasionally incorporate rice into my meals. It's all about finding what works best for your body and sticking with it!

    Brother I am an 80% fruitarian; sometimes I might eat some green vegetables. One thing I would disagree with you about is libido. Is completely not true; if you can get your libido up, this means you still have more cleansing to do. If you get your lymphatic system and circulatory system on point through cleansing, then you're going to see the results. I am 34; I am 100% healthy and in shape, but I would say my energy level is beyond imagination. My libido is always on point. Concerning the pooping and piying, this is a plus; you need to get rid of all waste matter, and this is a perfect way of cleansing your body. With more of that, you are going to see more results and feel better each and every day.
    So, brother, continue moving your lymphatic system, especially your kidneys, adrenals, and liver, and you will be on point. You can add some cleansing herbs. As you conform, your body is already cleansing, which takes time. So have Sabr.
    But do not forget that it all depends on whether you are really eating only fruits. Because all my experience is based on fruits only. Nothing else
    I do not mean in any way to disrespect your view; I am just sharing my experience as a fruitarian since you are also doing the same. Thank you. One love

    1. Going frequently to the restroom only happens when someone doesn't pass even 50% of detox. Normally it could take about 2-4 weeks of pure mono-fruit diet until you establish it like it was before but more healthy and clean. So if you just eat fruit and cooked food it could last years

    • @thefruitplug7976
      @thefruitplug7976  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Interesting perspective on the detox process! It seems like dedicating a few weeks to a pure mono-fruit diet can really reset things. The idea of establishing a healthier and cleaner system is intriguing.

    Beautiful sweet short clip. I have been on fruit for 3 months now and my libido is sky high king i go through episodes of just being highly charged down there throughout the day. But now with you mentioning it, i will look out for it. The struggle now is balancing caloric intake as one believes in the one meal a day apporoach which on a fruit diet unfortunately has my fat percentage quite low. Veins showing everywhere. One is concerned but i think one is still going through a cleanse where in which then the weight gain will improve

    • @thefruitplug7976

      It's great to hear that you have been enjoying the benefits of a fruit-based diet, including increased libido. Finding the right balance of caloric intake is key, especially if you are following a one meal a day approach like me. Ensuring that you are consuming at least 1,500 calories of fruit and get the essential nutrients is crucial for maintaining a healthy weight and overall well-being. You are still going through a detoxification or cleansing phase, but stay on courseif you get off track refer back to video or this exact comment.

      Hey Lam The Best,
      Yes you can eat fruit for a living. Eating just fruit is 75% to 85% to 100% of a fruitarian lifestyle along with a variety of nuts, seeds, and leafy green, that being said incorporating some vegetables is totally fine but it not typically apart of Fruitarianism.
      As for portion sizes, it varies depending on factors like your age, your gender, your activity level, and so on. Generally, I aim for a balanced intake of a variety of fruits throughout the day, and listen to my body's hunger and eat when am hungry. If you're new to this lifestyle you will be hungy more often until you get in to a rhythm, keep experimenting and find what works best for you!

      Are you impling that fruits are not intended for or suitable for consumption by humans, an suggests that humans should not eat fruits. Fruits are meant for an suitable for animals. That animals are the intended consumers of fruits. Claiming that fruits are not meant for human consumption, but rather for animals. This new take on this topic.

    Its not only about fruit. Naturaly your food is the food which you can digest in raw form.if ur kind of people cry for protien etc then eat the sources in raw form. Meat,grains,roots,veges then ull know which food is made for u.

    • @thefruitplug7976
      @thefruitplug7976  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey Parasolutions, I appreciate your perspective on the importance of consuming foods in their natural, raw form to understand what our bodies are truly designed to digest.
      As a fruitarian and advocate for a fruit-based diet, I believe in the nutritional benefits and natural compatibility of fruits with the human digestive system. Fruits are naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and they provide energy in a form that our bodies can easily process.
      Regarding protein sources, it is a common misconception that a fruit-based diet lacks adequate protein. Many fruits (Avocados), especially when combined with nuts, seeds, and leafy greens, can meet our protein needs.
      I understanding that some people prefer to thrive on raw meats and other raw foods, Ultimately, the goal is to find a balanced and sustainable diet that supports the individuals health and well-being. I appreciate your input and encourage open discussions on these topics to promote better understanding and informed choices for everyone.
      Best regards,

    Been watching so many different creators talk about different diets, I'm leaning towards mainly fruits but I still love some eggs and avocados, now the thing is I am an alcoholic, been drinking almost every day for 20 years, I'm 34 y/o now and drink roughly a liter of vodka a day, my liver is really bad, I also have IBS (Blood with every bowel movement etc.) also my right kidney is bad too, however I only eat once per day usually at night and it's not particularly a healthy option, do you reckon if I go mostly fruit this will help at least ease my symptoms? Also keep up the great work here! Love your no BS approach so that's refreshing!

    • @thefruitplug7976
      @thefruitplug7976  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I appreciate your kind words frfr and I'm glad you appreciate the no-nonsense approach. Given your alcohol consumption, liver condition, and other health issues, incorporating more fruits into your diet can provide great benefits, as they are generally rich in vitamins and fiber. Consuming dairy products like eggs or milk is not good for you at this time because you want to detox the body. At the same I know thats can be challenge, but just incorporating fruit into your diet in the step, in the right direction.
      I believe in a balanced diet that incorporates water fruits, good health fat like Avocados, the things that the body needs to survive, I don't want to be dehydrated, I don't want to be deprived from vitamins and minerals that I need in my body. So I make sure I study the fruitarian diet to the tee, to get Necessary Nutrition in my body

      Thank you for power words!!! It means a lot Chief
      There are two approaches to begin this process. One option is to immediately switch to a diet consisting solely of fruits and eliminate all other types of food. Alternatively, you can gradually eliminate each food item from your diet. Both methods are effective. Personally, I chose to eliminate all animal-based and processed foods. I started by consuming water-based fruits such as watermelon, kiwi, grapes, and berries. Then, I incorporated avocados, nuts, and seeds into my diet. Gradually, I began adding more varieties of fruits.

    3. The same thing with overeating. Yes, you will eat a lot of fruit until you are at least 70% clean. It may take 6-12 months to transition to fruit. After that you need little. Physical hunger is not a concern. Problems can only come from an uncontrolled mind.

    • @thefruitplug7976
      @thefruitplug7976  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely, moderation is key! Transitioning to a fruitarian lifestyle might take time, but reaching that 70% clean mark is a commendable goal. It's fascinating how our relationship with food evolves, and once you've tuned into your body's signals, physical hunger becomes more intuitive. Indeed, tackling any challenges often circles back to the mind's balance.
