How do you make a transparent image without black background when exporting video? I applied your light effect to my image I made in photoshop with transparent background but using it in premiere pro gives it a black background

lengthening the time between keyframes will 100% get you the look you're going for :)
You can flicker w/ Premiere Pro. So cool!

Gotta use a codec that has an alpha channel. Try selecting Apple Pro Res 4444 with alpha. This will render with a transparent background :)
