I think its great that unlike a lot of items that save data once a room is entered, Hourglass completely voids that by LITERALLY turning back time, it doesn't just bring you into the previous room.

Honestly I think that planetariums should be able to spawn after the mom fight because they don't replace normal item rooms and things like libraries can still spawn so why can't planetariums?
