It's Gela-Mosby not Gela-Moresby. His parents are from Daru. The native TIs and Daru people are of one ethnicity. They are allowed to move unrestricted between PNG and Australian territories. Because of that, Gideon's parents who are originally fron Daru, moved down into the TI for better opportunities.
