You should use an i7 12th generation, a suitable ddr5 motherboard which has 4 ram slots. 32 gb ddr5 ram. 2 sticks of 2 tb ssd. Rx 7900 xt is a great card. Go for an AIO cooler to cool the CPU. Psu you should go for 650w. Case just go with one with good airflow. Rest is your choice
