This is one of my favourite gmt watches. Subtle elegance and beautiful finishes. Give it an adjustable clasp and a rotating bezel and we have perfection. Great review 👏
I previously owned a Grand Seiko Spring Drive diver, but I sold it because it lost its shine. After that, I purchased a Seiko LX titanium spring drive. I prefer this watch because it is more understated and people often mistake it for a regular Seiko watch. However, it still possesses the incredible spring drive movement. I do not wear it every day, but it still maintains its power reserve. I might wear it in the morning to get ready for work, and by the time I am ready, it has accumulated enough power reserve for the entire day. The lume on this watch is better than most of my other watches, surpassing the Omega Seamaster but not the Seiko Tuna. Additionally, I appreciate your informative video.
Beautiful watch. Congrats. 🎉 I definitely think price could drop $2k with the use of the older movement… but it seems brands are all pushing upmarket these days.
A great review! I love this piece very much and I know it would make a great compliment to my sbga203...however I ended up finding a great deal on a blue Pelagos 42, so the Mistflake will have to wait a while. I agree with your opinion on adding a splash of colour to the dial in future versions of this watch, I'm think a bit of blue would really give it more life. Thanks for the great content, I really enjoy your channel!
I am a huge GS fan and have 3 pieces, but at over 8k it must have an adjustable clasp. It would be unwearable in the summer and would have to put it on a nato. Will keep my eyes open for a used one at large discount or get an explorer II polar when available.
I'm wearing this watch almost every day since over a year. Absolutely love it.
Does it actually look good in real life as it appears on the video?
Your videography really does justice to this piece, matching the nature scenes with GS's inspiration. I could see this easily as a daily driver.

Thanks for the feedback on this GMT.

It’s generally available for 25-30% below list (new) on platforms like chrono24
Great new video! Love the look and feel. I'm so glad you own this!
I appreciate the feedback, thanks
Amazing editing dude. This video was great and that Mist Flake dial is just gorgeous.
Thanks for the kind words
It is a great video. Your the man!👍
Great review and videography, this is an awesome looking watch!
Many thanks 👍
Excellent description thanks

Absolutely the best.
where did you get the strap? looks great
Another impressively done review, many thanks. I also wear my White Birch on a strap. Which one are you using? It looks great.
Just read your answer to the strap question! Many thx
What’s the band on the white birch? Looking for one to put on my Soko frost.
It's a Montreux 22mm rubber strap
I’ve tried the watch on it’s one of my favourites, thanks❤️🏴👍
Ah okay so that’s where San Martin design sn1209 comes from. Makes sense
I am not a bracelet guy, so I put my slga009 on an Artem navy blue sailcloth strap. I think it looks great, but I am a little biased!
Great video. If I may, Where did you get the step for the white birch?
Thanks for the feedback. The strap is a 22mm wide Montreux rubber band.

My dady bought one #nkuwan and he loves it. It had been there for over 10 years when he went out with it.
OMG is that LUME on a GS!?!?
Too monochromatic, too expensive, and no micro adjust on the bracelet.
over $10000 and no hardened coating? That's not cool
It’s lovely. But it’s way too thick for me. I was disappointed when I tried it on - had high hopes. To each their own.
I think it's way too thick. Needs 20mm lugs.
Dream watch with shitty bracelet.
way too thick...looks like a clock on your wrist not a wristwatch.
I only go to nkuwan to buy a mirror copy watch!
