FWIW a 20mm NATO works well with a 21mm lug width. I had a BB Bronze and used a 22mm NATO with it but a 24mm didn't look right to me. The Bronze is a 23mm width.

I think that band at the end would be considered just a Milanese band. a shark mesh band has much bigger loops. Like the suits that shark divers wear. Shark mesh bracelet does not have that straight metal pin piece. You would actually be putting the pin through the loops in the mesh with a shark mesh bracelet. This video is now 5 years old but since then many people have warmed up to leather bands on dive watches. It's a thing now but when you originally made this video it was not

I love Damasko. I have the DS30 and it’s beautifully made with the same hardened submarine steel, 9.9mm thick and 200m water resistant. Great specs for a super tough tool style watch that can be dressed up or down.

I wish they made this dial limited with gold logo and seconds hand like the slga007. Its a beautiful piece though.

I decided to pick this up right when they open up for purchases this year. Watch not coming for me until next year around April 2025. Thought that was a bummer, guess they’re still manufacturing them. Once I get mine, like to place a glow in the dark strap on it. If I can find the right size.

I was able to pick one up in the initial drop. I wanted it last year, but I passed on it because it was the old Fleuss at 43mm. This time, though, it’s the Fleuss 40 with Miyota 9039. So obviously, I had to get it 😁. Fun design and good QC and bezel action. Quite pleased with it.

Hello there, i have a question. When you buy an aftermarket bracelet for a watch that has a coating on it , there is no difference on the steel colour between them?

Great watch and review! I like the black coating better. But the question is, won't it peel off over time? I have several black knives, they lose their quality coating over time, but for knives it's even cool - you can see that they are used, and not lying idle. Tell me, how much will the black coating of the watch case cover? Thanks!

Brother, if you need to wait for your bonus or tax return to be able to pay for a watch, you can't afford it and you shouldn't be buying it.

Same exact strap on aliexpress for ten bucks. Obviously took a couple weeks and TBH the buckle isn't quite as nice but based on what my eyes see in this review the strap itself is exactly the same product. So there is a ton of profit in these I would say.

That cyclops date is really very unnecessary, other than that it looks great!

I picked one up at the Toronto show and have been very happy with it so far! Only gripe is that i actually find the lume to be very poor especially considering the size of the markers etc. Build quality is great everywhere else.

I really like this variant of the SAR watches. Also very cool to hear them talk about the process of testing at the Toronto Timepiece show.

Is the rubber band small? Jody from Just One More Watch complained about it being 19.5mm instead of 20mm wide.
