      Here are some examples on how to compare columns.
      [Col1] = [Col2]
      [Col1] [Col2]
      [Col1] > [Col2]

      Are you using a column reference for the lookup value? You may need to add [_thisrow]. So you would have [_thisrow].[column] instead of just [column] for the first input.
